KGN RESORT | RESORT IN KUNDAPURA | KGN FARM HOUSE

It was a great experience in KGN lake view resort. Had a great time with my friends by playing in and around, had swimming pool games and breakfast chats. Rooms are good. Washroom is well cleaned. Moreover it was a nice day spending three days.

We were a group of 30 people, we had booked the entire facility... Arrangements were awesome. Food was arranged as requested. Suketh our host was an angel. Overall our experience was awesome, we will certainly like to visit again.

We are overwhelmed with their hospitality, we really had a great experience over their, the best part was evening kayaking and peddle boating. It's a actually a simple farm stay beside backwaters, the place is very descent and good. It will be great if they are maintaining properly.

Amazing view. Great food and service

Had an horrible experience. All scraps are thrown around the property. They won't maintain the property, pool everything was full of unwanted wastes. I had booked this farmhouse before 1 month for our family but they didn't even clean the property. If anyone is planning to visit here please ask him to send the present pictures of the property. The photos shown in the site is old picture, everything is damaged.. Musics are not allowed to play there are nearby houses. Waste of money..

Had a pleasant stopover experience! If you're early riser don't miss the beautiful sunrise from the backwaters. Close proximity to town. Few things to watch out; food is not served here but can be ordered from outside. It's a new place expect few things not in order.

Great experience. The views are great, sunrise and backwaters view is just mind blowing. Decent rooms (as they have min 4 pax occupancy). Hospitality, service , room Maintainance was exceptional.. Must stay place if you are planning a trip to Kundapur or around .

Resort management team could not refund the total money what we payed and did not even confirmed the room availability until we called. Felt bad for their low level professiciency. Even we did not even checkedin they played high drama and didn't even refund money with out even confirmation.
