Usually we stay at HOTEL SHARON, due to unavailability of the rooms,we booked at JK RESIDENCY,the moment we enter the room was so suffocating with bad smell,the cleanliness was very bad,especially the neatness you all can see looking at the tepoy pic posted. We really do not recommend this HOTEL to anyone.

It's a very poor condition hotel with very bad ambience. The room taken by me was stinking. The bed covers were not clean. The Hotel staff said that they don't give drinking water and towels. No system to contact Reception except that you have to climb down 3 floors. No tea available for room service. It is very inconvenient for families especially having small children. The AC was working but at fixed temperature with no remote to adjust suitable temparature. The overall experience was very bad. I feel I bought utmost inconvenience for 1800/- per night. The next day morning I shifted out of hotel.

Place looks shady dirty bedding,no proper ventilation. Do not recommend

Would love to give a negative star. Disgusting, filthy bathrooms, uncleaned bed sheets and room, Reels of smells of those items which were getting cooked, Were able to hear people flushing on top floors, Smelt bad and filled with cockroach

JK located conveniently in the heart of Kundapura . JK Hotel provides easy access to major tourist attractions and restaurants. For real It's an ideal spot for travelers looking to explore the place. Especially I liked Garlic Chicken and Naan equally the ambience was great!

No room service phone number. No drinking water. Stinking and dirty rooms Faucets broken. Cobwebs hanging. Hot water only for 2-3 hours after 7am. All this after paying 2k. Rude management. Unworthy of even a single rupee.

Location is near the Sastri Circle. But rooms and room service were not good. Found Wine bottles near the stair cases. Rooms were not having proper ventilation. Charging points were limited. For the price, it's not worth it. If you are family, please avoid.

The hotel room was not so good every time there was dirty smell in the room no wifi connection was there tv was not working the water was like red colour and specially the food for other state people the taste was not good only manglorin people they can enjoy the food and for other community people they can not enjoy the food.
