The owner was very nice and the place is well located, walkable 1km to the beach. Unfortunately not much else was positive. We had mouse droppings on our sheet which the owner was quick in changing for us. We found large cockroaches both on our luggage and in the bathroom after returning from dinner. The kitchen sink faucet does not work, lights in all rooms are wonky and flickering which can be really distracting at night.

Very nice place for a very reasonable price. Located close to the highway. Nice view of paddy fields from the stay. Good service by the host and close to all proximities like hotels and other essentials.
