Located in place without any crowd in a ideal location. You can prefer stay incase the kolloor temple area is fully crowded. We took room at midnight and there were people to help to check in and assist to park your vehicle. Only disadvantage rooms are not much clean, it would be great if they can keep clean and dust free.

Not very clean. Had to request to change the sheets & pillow covers. The toilet seat looked like a decade old. For 2000/- a night A/C room, no soap, water or towels provided. Absolutely no shops nearby. Plenty of hotels near the temple which we discovered later. Tv is for photos only. It doesn't have any connection. No cellular network in this area. Hot water was very muddy & worse, we had to wait an hour after the mentioned times for it to come. For family trips, not recommended at all

Rooms & service is very bad. For the 3500 they charged not even tea was provided. The owners are cheating & rooms inclusive of bathroom is not neat & so not wise for a decent family to stay. Do not get cheated by seeing the photos uploaded by the owners. I am giving a very negative review because of our bad experience

Manager don't know the ethics and he is very unprofessional. I had reservation but he gave to another group of people and paid more than me. When I asked he said that he had canceled my stay without intimacy. We reached around 9 PM same time it was raining heavily. Owner and manager spoke very unprofessional and they money minded. I would suggest not to stay here.

Decent rooms. Services was very good by the host. Price was nominal as well. And the views from the balcony was good too. Stayed here when on a trip to maravanthe beach. Though it was about 30km from the beach, the road that leads to the beach from this place is beautiful. This place is near to Mookambika temple too.

Place is almost 5km from temple, with open parking in front of hotel. Room provided was spacious, but bedsheet and pillows provided were not clean enough. Towel were not provided , TV provided without cabel or set top box.

A budget friendly and a really good place to stay for people visiting Maravanthe or surrounding places. You get a room with a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. One gets more than what is paid for. Though the place is a bit far inside, the roads leading to it are really good.

I strongly feel that, all the reviews you see here are fake reviews by the hotel themselves. It was really a very bad experience staying at this hotel from 25 to 27th of Dec- 2021. First of all this useless hotel is somewhere in the middle of nowhere. You get no food options, no network, no internet, no proper services and no transportation if in case of emergency. There is one restaurant next to this hotel which is also maintained by the same owner and you will have to eat what they give you. If you can search this hotel in Agoda, they have it listed. But the guys at reception cheated us by saying that they are not listed in Agoda and they took 2600 and asked us to talk to Agoda customer care for refund of 2000. To call th Agoda customer care there was no network. To chat with them on the app they have no wifi Or any other internet facility. So for 2 days the hotel which is worth of 300 to 500 INR per day, they charged me 2300 INR per day. We paid 4600 in total. This hotel is near to nothing. The guys at the reception are liers. They said the Kodachadri is just 5 KM from their hotel when we were planning to move to different hotel but the same guy told me next day that it's 38 KM. When we were at the reception, the guys at the reception was demanding another customer to pay 1900 INR for non AC room where they confirmed the same room for 1300 INR to us just few minutes back. MY SUGGESTIONS : Even if you are late and looking for a room to stay at night, PLEASE DON'T COME AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This is at its worst. They fix the price based on their thoughts and they cheat you and tell many lies to keep you at their hotel. There are many hotels available in few minutes drive from this place. Near Mookambika temple in Kollur, there are many good hotels for cheap price. Even in Nittur too. And if you are planning for Kodachadri the best is to stay at Kodachadri homestay. There are many homestay options in Kodachadri hill. Then it's upto you to experience the worst memories of your life.
