Stayed here for a night while visiting Kushalnagar. Room was neat. Staff were friendly. Located on the outskirts, has ample parking space. The dishes served at veg restaurant was not up to mark but the non-veg restaurant felt better. Felt things may turn better with time.

Rooms are beautiful and big so is the buiding. It is a new property, with very limited services. Restaurant services have not yet started.Staff is very limited. Need to work on the services to get a better reach. I feel they can do much better with increasing staff and providing restaurant services.On the whole, we enjoyed the stay. Loved the interiors of the hotel.

We had worst experience with the hotel. There are so many things which can be improved. 1. Behaviour of the staff was not appropriate, he was very rude. 2. No proper arrangement was done in rooms, towels were not provided and had to ask multiple times for the same. 3. Food was not at a tall good. Restaurant was not working which was not told during booking. 4. Overpriced as per the services provided. 5. Total waste of money and highly disappointed with treebo. Please value the money of the customers and don't make fake commitments while booking .

Staff was very polite and service was good. Food was tasty and delicious.

1. Breakfast below average. it was cold, there sould be arrangement to keep breakfast hot or warm. Not too many options. I was really disappointed. 2. Power backup problem, can be improved. In afternoon one has to insist to start generator and in night it takes 10 to 15 min. 3. Very dull ambience inside room, though room was clean and basic amenities were present. TV was not working. 4. Vibes not that good.

This is the best hotel I have been to and I would say that my experience was very much good.

Worst experience DO NOT BOOK FROM TRIBO, we booked the room via tribo but once I reached there, the room was not ready, they said the next day it will be ready as requested by you. We asked for an extra bed that is not available. And we asked for late check-in. Even though we paid for the full day and informed the booking requirement the person in the hotel says you have checked in late that's the reason nothing is available. And he said no communication from tribo related to your late check-in. We waited for an hour then Mid night with the kid we searched for another hotel and stayed.
