Kinara Stay

Great if you just want to chill & enjoy with friends or family. No activities are available & they provide complementary breakfast which was decent. Overall price was good compared to others.

Most of the good comments are made here are fake. The owner itself make these comments by their known persons. We can't see anything that posted here. Connectivity is also very bad. The owner asks advance Don't give. He is a cheater.

Out of the way homestay but very quiet. The room we had was very basic but clean. The room and bathroom appear tired and in need of some repairs and painting. Curtains too small for the window were safety pinned together. The host, Surez, was lively and very helpful. He organised food to be delivered for supper. We didn't stay for breakfast as we needed an early start (cycling). Overall we could shower and the bed was comfortable.

Property is peaceful.. Rooms are hygienic,, If you r planning for Murdeshwara,,Honnavar,, or gokarana This is the border and this stay is Budget Friendly,, This stay includes morning breakfast,, and the food is completely good.. Best stay in kumta

The location of the stay is kind of beautiful for some and Scary for some. But good for a group of friends in their own vehicle. Kind of surrounded with water bodies and a small village houses nearby. Budget Friendly Peaceful and quite environment Service is ok , cant expect much at this price

Very Bad experience , shown old room asking luxurious lodge price , asked advance , it's not worth to stay here , it's 16 km away from central area , not have a single restaurant ,near , don't trust blindly , confirm, make a video call & go .

The room was full of fungus. We asked for room change because we had already given advance and reached late at the location but they said there is no room available ... this room was smelling bad plus I got uneasy .Don't judge there rooms by the owner pictures.Suresh was the caretaker he was good and old person so couldn't say anything to him. This was the worst room from our udupi trip. I don't recommend this stay .

Each and everything here is fungus (mold) infected. Rooms, walls, pillow, pillow cover, smells fungi. Need renovation pls, understood rain and all but maintenance is also required for place like that and can't hide behind "unavoidable rains" and 700/- per night tariff. A/c not working that is fine, manageable also but cleanines in terms of mold/fungus piss anyone off. That is the worst thing can happen in living place. Only thing good is caretaker Suresh and his service.
