Worst treatments to the customers by the owners. They will treat you, as like you're staying for free and begging them. They are following a stupid rule, which is not followed at any country in the world, that you should checkin and checkout within 4 to 4, else another full day charge you will get plugged by them

The hotel had the worst service I've ever experienced--rude staff, unclean rooms, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I would have rated 0 ..of option was allowed.

Stayed at this place for 2 days, Its Opp to Kollegala bus stand. We took a 6-Bed non A/C Sharing room, The rooms were clean, Bed and Bedsheets were neat and fresh. Service was good, After it started raining in the evening there were too many mosquitos , called the reception and they quickly provided Mosquito Coils and my 5 year old had a sound sleep, Management has to take some precautions to avoid these mosquitos. Hot water available between 6-8AM only.

Bathroom was not clean and hygiene. Room was moderately clean. Too expensive for this type of lodging. No amenities.

Good for the rates they charge, should concentrate on cleanliness

The room is nice Spacious and comfortable. Only attention to detail is missing Like, the lift is not working on the second floor Door lock needs repair Water leaking in toilet

A medium budget hotel. Parking available. Heart of the town. Ac Room is ok. neat and clean.

Just oppsite bus stop, though rooms are big, bathroom are dirty, very high rates compared to nearby hotels. Inspite of chargeing 1500rs no towel provided. Better to proceed to next nearby place.
