HOTEL GETS GRAND

Rooms are decent enough for one night stay. But the washrooms are worst maintenance. Please renovate your hotel bathrooms. Especially the lightings

Absolutely pathetic service. The way the staff reacts when asked for a bottle of water is as if you have asked them for their kidney. During the check in time, there was no bottle in the room, the bed had hair of some other guest, the bathroom was dirty.. I asked them to clean the room first and all they did was change the bedsheet (not even the pillow covers). Moreover, the bedsheet they changed was torn and the left the bathroom dirty. They have a very small bottle of moisturizer in the room which was also half used when I moved in the room. Clearly they did not clean the room when the last guest moved out. Even when I pointed all this, they did not rectify these mistakes. I am writing this review while I am in the room (will check out in 1 hour). I would strongly not recommend this hotel if you are coming with you family, friends or even alone.

Good Hotel in that location. Room furnishing and food is good. Staff customer friendly. Ample space for parking. Safe and comfortable stay. Enjoyed. Those who visit Kolar industrial area for business meetings, they can stay here. Those who want to break journey while coming to Bangalore, they can stay here comfortably.

I visited here on April 2021. The rooms are good. There are no separate beds, only single. No good food. Breakfast they get it from somewhere outside. Service was average. Cleanliness is ok. 1700 for one room.

Patetic and worst ever experience not RECOMMENDED.....! I was about to check in at 5am early in the morning. Where when I came to know the main entrance gate of the hotel was locked with no watchmen standing there and a bunch of stray dogs barking from in side So I called the receptionist for assistance but he never picked up and after a hour long continuous calling finally he picked up and and I explained the senario to which he replied 1 second sir which it went half an hour but no one showed up and then he started justifying his job just by making sure that his mobile never distrubs his sleep (switched off) every body plz report this hotel so that the management should suffer

Actually 2.6 stars. As it is the only proper hotel in Narsapura Indl estate you can use it as stop. The rooms are clean, not so the bedding. But passable. Food average Service below par. Location ideal if you have work in Narsapura Indl area.

Horrible experience. Not at all recommended. Stay away from booking at this hotel
