One of the better options, if your looking for a decent stay near close to the heart of KGF. It's nothing exceptional but after checking other rooms is the surroundings and passing on them, this definitely seems way better. At the sheets seemed clean. The rooms appeared to have been cleaned but definitely could've done a better job. The AC room for 1000 is small and cozy but accommodating more than two people will become a challenge. We had a couple of guests over for dinner and a drink and the management didn't bother us. The toilet is the biggest issue. The flush doesn't work or doesn't seem to retain water in the flush tank and was a task to add buckets of water once your done with your business. The health faucet was more like a novelty than of any use. The room has a TV but the cable service seemed extremely poor as we never got to watch two mins of cable in peace as it was either stuck or pixelated. Another this to note is that they don't provide any toiletries at all.

Very poor maintenance. I had to stay there with my 3 month old baby due to some unfortunate reasons. But I had the worst experience. The hot water, toilet flush and AC didn't work. There was water leakage in the AC too. The sofa's were not clean, TV didn't work, too much mosquitoes and what not! The extra bed they gave was so bad in condition that it made us think to sleep on the floor itself. They charged us a bomb of Rs.1800/day for that deluxe room which was too dirty. I wonder how they have 4 star ratings. I really regretted for giving such a bad experience for my family. For the management, Sorry to say, please think twice before taking any bookings for your hotel. Please do take a chance to improve the ambience and facilities. If maintained well, it would really be nice.

As per considering the area , This is the only hotel which has AC. Price could he high but in emergency it is best. Wines,tiffin and stores are available beside the hotel only.

One of the worst hotel ever seen. None of the rooms AC was working. Not well maintained.

Good hospitality!! Very good staff.. One of the tidiest rooms around the city!! Peaceful environment..

Reasonable rates. Good facilities. Very clean compared to other hotels at KGF

Nice rooms and they give good respect to the people and for our budget it's comfortable
