Nikhara Estate and Resorts

It is difficult to understand if the resort is having bad maintenance or is it yet to start full fledged operations..the kitchen was not functional, the rooms was not ready at the time of checkin even though the entire resort was empty, the TV is not having connectivity, there is no Wi-Fi access, so if your mobile is not getting any network then you are disconnected. the resort is so untidy, layer of dust everywhere, caretakers clothes lying outside to dry, the lawn is not having grass, the aquarium is dry and dirty, the amphitheater area is dirty, the prices are cheat worthy.

Worst Experience ever There is no proper response from the staff there was no current from 11pm room was so suffocating and there is connectivity for TV. Over rated food and in case of emergency we are dead but they won't respond to our call. We got up at 1pm and we just came of from there while returning they didn't even responded to our calls. Please do not book rooms over there it's not at all safe!

Service was excellent Mr MuthuRaj was very good and caring as he took care of us very well, place is awesome inside the forest. Will recommend

I wish I could give zero stars to this hotel, but unfortunately, I'm forced to give one star purely for the helpfulness of the staff. Beyond that, this was the most horrendous experience I've ever had at a hotel.||The moment I arrived, I realized that my wife and I were the only guests at the resort, which was terrifying and unsettling. 3-feet long grass, and slippery green algae all around. The entire place felt abandoned and neglected for months (Please see the pictures for yourselves and be the judge). Only two staff members were present, and while they were helpful, their assistance couldn't make up for the disastrous state of the hotel.||The lack of basic amenities was appalling. There was no electricity or water, making it impossible to have a comfortable stay. The place was infested with spiders and insects, adding to the nightmarish experience. The bedding and plates were filthy and unhygienic, and to top it off, water seeped into the room all night due to the rain. It was utterly miserable and unacceptable.||The entire property was in disrepair, unmanaged, and uninhabitable. For a room that cost INR 3,495, this was an absolute rip-off. The resort's (very remote) location on the outskirts with limited nearby hotels only added to the helplessness of the situation.||In summary, this hotel is an absolute disaster. The one star is solely for the staff, who did their best in a hopeless situation. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your sanity and well-being.

there is no electricity from night 9pm to next day morning 7Am and area is very remote and its not maintained rooms and bathroom smell like a public bathroom. living area and surroundings are not maintained. even no drinking water facilities and no power backup. even the staff complaining about the owner there is no maintenance. and its not safety for girls. please don't book this resort and don't recommend others.

Very poorly maintained rooms and property. Electricity issues. Facilities are worse than a common lodge. No security except street dogs. Very unprofessional staff and management. Very limited staff to maintain the resort who always complains about owners. Please stop ruining people's stays by closing it permanently.

It was a pathetic experience at Nikhara Estate & Resort, Sakleshpura. We had booked 8 rooms for 44,280/- for 1 night stay (18th May 2024). ||When we reached the resort, nothing was ready. No water, no electricity, no cleanness etc. ||Rooms were dirty and unclean. Bed sheets & pillow covers were used and not changed, it was stinking. ||No hot water supply and A/C was not working (luckily it was raining so not much hot). We could not take bath till late night.||There were insects on the bed and at several places in the rooms. Rooms were leaking when it rains. Bathrooms was untidy and not cleaned for days. ||Food was severed very late. ||Lawn in the middle of the resort was dirty. Additionally stray dog menace.||We contacted the Owner Kodanda Ram (9845004154) and the overall in-charge Kirthan Ram (88615 86387). However, absolutely no use. We were left to suffer.||Overall it was worst and horrible experience at Nikhara Estate & Resort, Sakleshpura. I will never recommend it anyone (latest photos attached, see for yourself)
