Very nice resort to stay. It's in a forest area so it takes time to come to city and other sightseeing places. Staff is very helpful.. service is little slow. Rooms need to be more clean and hygiene. Food is very ok. There is no WiFi in rooms. So if you want peace then definitely go here.. overall good stay.

It was really good experience here , the hospitality they give is super good and the rooms were clean tooo , I really loved the lunch menu than breakfast and dinner. So it was 9/10 overall

The fooding service at the restaurant is very bad. Replenishment of items take a lot of time. Staff are occupied with their mobiles. Inspite of repeatedly telling them, there was no improvement. Food quality was ok. During summer, taking food in the restaurant would be difficult as there is no ac.

Sometimes I feel there should really be an option to mark zero star. Stayed at this property on 23rd & 24th December 2024 and stayed in Room No. 204. The service is practically non existent. Intercom doesn't work. There is no coffee/tea maker, no room service either. Bed linens are dirty, room looks like a dilapidated set from 80's movies. No toiletries in the bathroom. Bathtub is super dirty. Breakfast and dinner options were super limited and consisted only south Indian cuisines, that too tasteless. Cherry on the cake: They don't even have a toaster. LOL Only saving grace is the landscaped property amidst Coorg greenery. My advice: Book this property at your own risk.

Disappointing Stay We stayed at Coorg County for a college trip and had a very poor experience. The food was not as per the package and tasted bad. Cleanliness was completely lacking. Wouldn't recommend this place.

3 star - total bullsh*t !!!! Had to beg to get hot water running in the room- and again had to do the same on 2nd day. No drinking water, available - Not even a soap available in the room. Charges anything and provides nothing. Not at all recommended.

The rooms are very poorly maintained, the doors are jammed, and the rooms have a continuous unpleasant smell. The bedsheets are not hygienic, and the dining service is very poor. There is a constant electrical issue where the switch is passing current.

No photos because it doesnt capture the smell. The room smells like stale wet dog. The second we entered the rooms, we started looking for other hotels. Unfortunately we prepaid so we lost our money this way. Bathroom floors were wet and had some sand/soil. One of the rooms had a lipstick kiss on the wall. I didnt even want to get on the bed. Genuinely disgusting, dont waste your money going here. Shame because the gardens and reception look nice, if only the rooms were even half decent.
