The location is serene and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The resort also offers fantastic recreational activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this resort has something for everyone. My experience with this stay was absolutely terrible. The staff is completely untrained, extremely rude, and very difficult to deal with. They lack basic manners, are highly disorganized, and show zero empathy. On top of that, they are incredibly lazy and seem more interested in avoiding work than actually helping guests. This place offers zero value for money. If you have a complaint, instead of resolving it, the staff will try to convince you to "adjust." There is no communication between the owner and the staff, and it's nearly impossible for guests to reach the owner to share their concerns. The management is indifferent, and they just don't care about service or guest experience. To make matters worse, I noticed that some of the positive reviews seem to be either written by the hotel staff or someone from their group. I wouldn't be surprised if they even paid for good reviews to mislead potential guests. This has been my worst stay in Dandeli. I've visited multiple times before, but this experience was a complete disappointment. Moving forward, I'll be more careful in choosing accommodations that have a good reputation for treating guests with respect, empathy, and professionalism. Avoid this place if you want a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Truly an exceptional place to stay.Just outside the chaos of Dandeli town, this resort is in the middle of a beautiful creek. Rooms are very nice and cosy. The hosts here receive and treat guests so well. They are ready to attend to all the needs of the guest. Water activities, Rain Dance ,Rooms ,Fire camp, Indoor games was amazing ,They provide Hyginic Quality Buffet ,They respect privacy and they will also be friendly and be there when you need ,Totally good hospitality, Value of money, Highly recommended place. Will definitely visit again. It's a guarantee that we will get more than what we expect from here. THANK YOU MANOMAYA FOR THIS WONDURFULL EXPERIENCE.

Clean and hygienic rooms food court.tasty food.good view and friendly staff..everything is good..no world's to describe....fantastic stay. Made my family trip happen..thanks for everything everyone of the property...

Horrible Experience. We were 6 people paying 3000 per person per night. Which makes it a 18000 per night cottage. Experiences were not even a little close to what you expect. Very bad food - food for people paying 3000 per night and 1800 is the same. Zero amenities - 1 pool for 150-200 people. Always full and no pool etiquette maintained. Entire cottage has 1 ac which is not enough. Its hot throughout the day. No electric kettle, no fridge nothing which is basic in a small hotel room as well. Worst of all - the entire property smells like sewage throughout the day. Smelled like someone opened the sewage tank. Very strong and pungent smell which makes the experience horrible.

Not a place visit if you need your space and good food. Pool is not that great and clean. No greenery around. Also, there are two factories which very close to stay, which emits toxic gas into atmosphere in the day time releasing intolerable odour to air. Service and staff are still amateur.

Very bad experience. A stinky smell was always present at the entrance or near walkways. The food they served as breakfast was awfull. The chutney tasted like it was made out of chlorine water, the serving size of glass was too small, the chicken felt uncleaned. But the rooms are good

Iam writing this on behalf of our family of 30 who visited this place & along with another 3-4 teams who were affected in similar ways I won't say in particular overall we had the worst experience or hospitality or cleanliness or the service name it anything . All the staff members ain't so generous to attend any problems occurred When escalated the issue with property owner they started abusing agitated with intense vulnerable act All the staff were instructed by the owner to lock the property and not let us out Thanks to the local police who saved us I urge all the viewers to not to visit this place , it's nothing but the waste of money
