The ocean beach resort

Nice resort and good view. Only the thing is food is not available in resort at least they could have provided coffee or tea

Spacious room with enough parking space. Could be better if they can have some food available at their resort. For the amenities available felt it's a little pricey but otherwise ok for one day stay.

Room was clean, spacious, just a few steps and your in the beach. No kitchen. However you check with the manager Mr Vasanth and he will order food from good restaurant. For the price it's the best in the location.

Rooms are decent, but the manager is a very hard working person and gives lot of visible efforts for service. 5 stars to the man. Rooms are well maintained tidy. But visiting the beach late night is absolutely not recommended due to local fringe elements.

The rooms were clean and spacious but in the name of the bathroom it was only the toilet. Barely any space was there to bath. Service was good. They don't have a kitchen/restaurant but the food delivery option was there. We tried North Indian cuisine and it was just ok ok. Not recommended.

The air conditioner works well. Otherwise, it's a bare bones room with a tiny bathroom. There is no provision for even drinking water -- one bottle of water per day. Not even a kettle for morning tea. If load shedding happens in the middle of the night, which does happen, there is nobody to start the generator. No service of any kind. For the tariff charged per night this is poor value for money. This 'resort' is trying to over-exploit its excellent location.

Place is good. They can manage there outside lawn area better. Putting out swings and covering a bit more with plants or more to make it more attractive. Apart from adding more rooms. Bring close to lighthouse certainly gives them advantage.

A good beach property which is not maintained. If you are with family, better avoid it. Just a stay, no fridge, kitchen nothing. Bathrooms are very small, everywhere ants, spiders in the room. Outside of the rooms you can not walk as they are not mowing the grass. Food can be order from outside restaurant only, if it's a two days stay you have to give reminders to them to clean the room and change bedsheets. Not a hygienic property, utensils are washed outside the common toilet only
