Palaka Resorts and Water Sports

Bad service. Resort is hyped up. Pictures you see on internet is just a show off. No power backup available. Cleanliness is not there. Swimming pool was dirty. Food was very average. Not a wise decision to visit here.

Worst place ever visited. Worst hospitality. They don't even help in shifting luggage. No power whole night. Rats feast on remains of food in rooms. No power whole night. Looks like haunted place. No response for any phone calls whole night. Weak hearted may die due to fear and scary scenario at night.

Nice ambience, Delicious non veg food especially chilly chicken, pepper chicken must try and fire camp with fish tawa fry. Nice hospitality with basic needs, good for kids and parents with water activities

Worst place,worst amenities, unhygienic rooms & washrooms,the bed provided to Sleep were filled with bedbugs and even the bigger cockroaches,no maintenance , no cleanliness,no proper services provided,if you check the available photos online they are all scam to attract more people. A complete waste of money.

The worst resort ever been. I went with family and chosen this resort mainly because of my 3 year old daughter would enjoy the amenities which she likes the most. But the resort premises are very poorly maintained. Pool water is pathetic, rooms are not hygiene, no hot water and stray dogs are everywhere. Food is too bad and not on time. Not enough servants around and no once care to address your need. Some how without any health issue we returned. Frustrated..

Location is very nice and the resort too if it has good maintenance. There is just one guy Raju who does everything irrespective how big or small the crowd is. Really appreciate him. Food wasn't that great, had to literally wait for 2hrs. If you request for coffee also it takes an hour. Kids play area is all spoilt. Swimming pool there was no water and they started filing it when we checked in. It almost took time till evening to fill, had to play in pool with whatever water was filled. There is no hot water, they asked us inform 1hr ago so they heat up n provide but never happened. Room bedsheets had strains all over and was very dirty. Bathroom was stinky. For some reason they used to turn off the water supply so again call Raju every now and then. Only thing which was extremely good was there is dam near by which is beautiful and also boating. This place is good for bachelors not for people with kids & family. Totally disappointed. Hopefully management hires more staff and maintains it well.
