Madonna Beach Resort

It was the most beautiful experience from this coast having the ocean for the most ecstatic sunset and the back waters for the best sunrise. Every moment was to be captured, thanks to the amazing Madonna Beach Resort and how well it is maintained. The caretaker here Mr. Harish welcomed us and treated us with utmost care. He set up the barbecue station for us and supported us with the prep giving access to their kitchen. The barbecue setup was from their side for a charge. We stayed at the ground floor 2bhk which is best for a family of 4 to 5. It was very neat and air conditioned with clean bathrooms with shower. There are single rooms upstairs very well maintained with an amazing back water view. These rooms also have the ocean view which is best. The host also provided us with ball for the beach and badminton set to play in evenings. We extended our stay for 2 days because the hospitality was very good, it felt like home.

Location is really good. Beach on one side and backwaters on the other side. Sunrise and sunset spots both in 1 location! This beautiful experience is equally ruined by the service of the staff. Room was clean, AC worked, clean sheets. However service was very bad. They didn't fix the toilet flush problem. Most of the taps were leaking. We waited for 2 hours more for the breakfast which was included in the booking. Staff was mostly rude and they calm down if you answer back. But it never arrived. Salty water, so beware of bathing! You ll feel strong smell of fish around the location. So beware if you are a vegetarian. Checkout time was 12, but we were asked to leave 2 hours early.

One of the best services by staff Mr. Harsh. This property is very safeand secure, specially for the family and small get to gather event. Has both back waters river and sea view.

Honest Review......I have never rated or placed review till date but the frustration is demanding to do this. Location is awesome one side with river and the other side sea but the photos and videos available in the google of the resort looks fascinating but not in reality. We had visited on 7th march 2025 with 8 members including two kids. Service is literally one of the worst experience I have never seen in my entire life and the same feeling for others as well. You don't have a proper kitchen and chef , we asked for a bowl of rice for kids there response was nothing is available book in Zomato or Swiggy in a very rude manner, and as we doesn't know which hotel are good and with less option in Zomato or Swiggy the food ordered was also worst Rooms are very tiny and what we see in google photos doesn't match. There are many resorts in the same road which are beautiful please do look for that.. Finally these comments are not related to any grudge or resort competition in the locality. The worst stay I had till date. The management does not know what hospitality is. Bathroom fittings are not in working condition. Had an issue with getting hot water in the morning. The so-called complimentary breakfast did not arrive even after 1 hour of breakfast time mentioned during check in. We had to leave the stay with kids hungry at 10 am. Do not choose this stay option just for the location. The property has fish odour everywhere.

Hey everyone, we had 3 days stay at madonna resort // 27-29 dec'2024. The location of resort and the service provided by caretakers were good. Only drawback is 1. The water supply, which is salty as well as coloured. Would suggest for water filtration and treatment system. 2. Room size for premier - we were family of 4 including 2 kids and the premium room was small than what we expected at the price point. Apart from above mentioned shortcoming(s), overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.

Great stay, very cleans & tidy rooms. Easy access to the beach and backwaters. Caretakers and very helpful. Overall a very good experience.

This beautiful homestay located between river and sea. You can see the both sunrise and sunset. The dazzling river with sunset will fill you with peace. Beachwalk at nights. Food made by harish was delicious. Especially prawn curry. He was helpful and catered to all our needs. Worth the stay.
