It was a nice experience and everything was good. Rooms were clean but can be maintained more. Service and hospitality was nice. The host is friendly and provides what we need.

The single most unprofessional experience I have had while searching for spots for a birthday hangout. They refuse to respond, answer any kind of questions, or have the courtesy to reply to basic questions. Instead of running a business this way, it's better to just shut it down. Pathetic work by Inam. Avoid this place and give your hard earned money to places which deserve it. Bangalore has hundreds of them.

Beautiful place. Visited this place for a friend's birthday party and was quite impressed with it. Surrounded by beautiful trees and views, this property is refreshing. It is not located too far away from the city which is a bonus. The only complaint I have is that there were a lot of mosquitoes. But I guess that happens when there's an outdoor area? Maybe it'll help if they regularly spray mosquito repellents to keep them in check.

Had worst experience with the stay... I paid 15k for the farmhouse and after settlement on check in.. the dining room was opened and kitchen was opened... after 30min they locked it.. I had 3yr old daughter and my friends had 3yr old son... they locked it... it was disgusting behaviour... just to open the dining room I had to pay 5k extra... and the rooms stinks and the pool is filled with chlorine and dust... they didn't clean it properly. All this happened on my birthday... worst worst nightmare we all went through

Excellent place for group stays. Beautiful abience and hospitality

Pros: A little detour from the main road leads to this farm, away from the city's traffic, being calm. The farm has few sheeps, horses and dogs. It also hosts place for peacocks. A decent farm house for a weekend getaway. No restrictions on pets and loud noises. Cons: Rooms are not maintained well, cleanliness is not given much priority. Service could have been better. Needs a lot of improvement in that area.

It's a lovely place! We group of 8 boys had a pleasant and peaceful stay with no music restriction! Place was neat with all required amenities! Host did a fantastic job! Will sure recommend this place, if you planning for a good get-together!!

Well we were very sceptical about booking this place post reading a bit of negative reviews..anzar allowed us to visit the property after we paid an advance amount and that visit helped us be more confident about what we were going to get. The place is neatly maintained and all staff out there are very helpful.. We were 8 people and we had the utmost fun at this property..not all bathrooms have hot water facility but that's only a minor glitch..we had good wifi signal to do our work..toilets were neat.. rooms were neat..kitchen and dining were kept neat as well as the staff used to clean up the mess everyday..overall a properly worth it..food has to be ordered from outside and no other choice..rest all are simply superb..thanks anzar and team..
