While the location of this property is convenient, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. We paid nearly 10,000 for two rooms, which did not reflect value for money. The rooms were poorly maintained -- the floors were sticky and clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. When we requested cleaning, we were told that room service is unavailable after 4 PM, despite the website advertising 24-hour service. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable: broken wardrobe, damaged windows with no locks, and overall lack of cleanliness. The staff appeared disorganized and were unable to differentiate between standard and economy rooms. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays we've had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Lazo Mothers Bounty Stay is a wonderful, cost-effective place for a peaceful getaway. The property is well-maintained, offering a serene and refreshing environment surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay pleasant. The hospitality was warm, and the staff was courteous. The food was homely and tasty, though the kitchen service could be more efficient. Additionally, while the property has a play area, it could use some improvement to make it more engaging for kids. Overall, it's a great budget-friendly stay for families and groups looking for a relaxing retreat. With some enhancements in the play area and kitchen service, it could be an even better experience.

This resort was amazing with great service and very well maintained premises. A great experience for kids with many activities and the salt water pool. Breakfast buffet was superb and I enjoyed the continental food

My stay at Lazo Mothers Bounty Resort, Coorg was truly refreshing. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and peaceful ambiance made it a memorable experience. Rooms: Clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a stunning view. Service: The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Location: Surrounded by nature, it's a perfect escape from the city's hustle. A fantastic place for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

Only the location is of its best, not the rest. The room had abed with no proper support, the bar at the bottom of the bed used to fall down by its own making a loud noise, the food quality is not good, no games options, pool is far from the room. The comod had no proper cover, which used to close by its own and that was also not replaced or repaired.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort! The surroundings were beautiful and serene, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were exceptional--friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The combination of great service and peaceful surroundings made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this place!

Rating: 0/5 - Extremely Disappointed I had a very bad experience with this resort. I booked a 4+2 big room and paid the full amount through their official website. However, upon arrival, they claimed there was no room available and said they hadn't received confirmation from Chennai. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally gave us one deluxe 2+1 room along with an economy room. The maintenance was terrible--both rooms were stinky and felt like a garbage dump. The breakfast was very average, and there were no staff members available to help with our luggage. I wasted 10,000 on this two days stay. Totally disappointed and wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.

Excellent resort. Well maintained swimming pool. The excellent view. Perfect place for a relaxing.. Overall the stay has been fabulous... Highly recommend for this place.......
