I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch - rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. The linens and towels were crisp and clean, and the entire property was kept in excellent condition. It's clear that hygiene and guest comfort are a high priority here. One of the highlights of my stay was the caretaker. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed - whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with luggage, or just checking in to make sure everything was okay. His friendly attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience.

We stayed here for 1 night and the stay was really awesome and pleasant. The host was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean with basic required amenities. They too arranged the sharavati Mangrove boating trip for us and the people here are very helpful, genuine and kind. Overall the best experience for us. Highly recommended stay. We will surely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lopez Homestay! The place felt very homely, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The caretaker, Mani was incredibly caring and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. They also arranged transport and food, which made our trip so much more convenient. The location is fantastic--close to beautiful and less crowded tourist spots like Eco Beach, Apsarakonda, and the serene mangrove boat ride on the Sharavati backwaters. It's a perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The caretaker was incredibly sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with bike rentals and boating arrangements.

This place is very calm and beautiful. Someone who wants to wake up with the birds chirping around the beautiful nature, this is the place in Honnavara that you need to stay. The room service and everything is great and Mani makes sure that you won't get any issues during your stay

We stayed here for a night, very well maintained. Staff were too good. They have complimentary breakfast and tea as well. They provide everything on time. John(Staff) was very polite and made our stay memorable. They have badminton court, they provide us raquets as well.
