JFZ Homestay

This is a perfect homestay for anyone looking to stay in and explore honnavar. The hosts were fantastic and they were helpful with everything. They provide you with contacts for every service you need like food, transport etc making it so easy for travellers. Overall a highly recommended stay option.

Had a nice and really pleasant stay with my wife and toddler. Jimmy is super friendly and a really good host. He helped us with boating arrangements, locations and good food recommendations. Also location is really good with backwater on one side and if you cross the main road there's Eco beach.. Will definitely be visiting again.

I had an exceptional stay! The rooms were impeccably maintained, offering a clean and comfortable environment. The location is absolutely stunning, situated right by the river, providing a serene and picturesque setting. However, the standout feature of this place is the host. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best experience possible. His dedication to exceptional service truly sets this place apart. Highly recommended!

Worst. Very small rooms ..AC not working.. Service is very poor. They fool people charging more for boating without covering famous boating spots like lotus spot, kerala spot, Madhuva...For just normal boat ride for 1 hour they charge 1500 without covering any famous spots. No drinking water facility tooo...This is the worst homestay I have ever stayed so far... Not recommended at all.... Request not to prebook this property and get fooled...They even won't care after taking money...

Our group had an absolutely fantastic stay at JFZ homestay honnavar! From the moment we arrived, owner of the property made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The homestay was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our group. This property is riverfront side and very close to mangrove board walk. Jimmy went above and beyond, providing great local recommendations and even helping us arrange transportation, meals and activities.Their hospitality truly made our trip special. Had a wonderful stay at JFZ and Fernandes property owner is really good in guiding about local visiting places, Rooms are good and beach is around 1kM 15mins walk and it's just located on side on back water this will be beautiful view in the morning. Finally it's safe and secure for families also. Ambience is good there are modifications to be done and property it's trying to fix them

Cleanliness, property ambience was good. Location was very close to beaches & boating area. It was a pleasant stay & jimmy was very helpful giving the guidance & preparing a quick itenary for us. Homestay is tech savy, a new experience Food has to be ordered from outside Suggestion - Room should have a table to arrange & unpack our luggage else evthing gets spread on the cot. Overall recommended to visitors : 4/5
