1. The staff is dedicated and polite. 2. The chef is very accommodating. He was always ready to help even if it is past breakfast time. 3. The view from the rooftop restaurant is very soothing to the eyes. 4. Superb location. A 24 hours in-room dining would be a great addition to the present facilities.

We had a pleasant night in the hotel. We arrived after 11pm and someone was here to welcome us. We could also leave our luggages during the day after check out which was very convenient. There was AC in the room. The room was decent. Unfortunately the shower was not working too well, the water was going all over the room.

All the staff including the receptionist were very humble and polite. The property is nicely arranged. The room was very neat and clean. I am very much satisfied with the stay and behaviour of all the staff.

However there are some things which can be improved like I don't know why they are keeping the twin bed on the double bed palang. if you travel with a toddler then It will be difficult to sleep.

Hotel location is excellent Close to Major attractions, Clean Spacious and well Equipped rooms. I would recommend this for travellers who are looking for Comfort.

Great place to stay in Karwar. Cooperative and friendly staff. Clean and neat rooms. Pricing is also reasonable. It's in the heart of city making it easy to access from anywhere.

Dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was full of small cockroaches. In 4 nights I killed 5 cockroaches and found many small ones. The AC filter is very dirty and I'm sure was never ever cleaned since it was installed. The room is full of mosquitoes though there is a good night repellant machine in the room and a mesh door in the balcony. Also there is a notice on the balcony door that says do not keep the door opened as mosquitoes might enter. There are plenty of misquotes in the stair case, the corridors and near reception lobby area. The staff is not at all serious about the cockroaches and the mosquitoes in the premises. The linen is also average as it had few stains. There was dust accommulated on the telephone and in the corners of the cupboards. As the hotel is located in a prime locality close to city center and very close to Tagore Beach, the management is sure about their business so they are least bothered about maintenance. At least during the peak season of December month the management should provide better service by spraying Hit for cockroaches and anti mosquitoes spray regularly. The jet spray in the toilet was leaking and had to tell them to fix it. The breakfast is good, though same menu is repeated every second day. Day one it's ldlis, Vadas, upma, and coconut chutney along with watermelon and papaya fruits and papaya juice. Day two it's puri, aalu mutter gravy curry along with watermelon and papaya fruits and papaya juice. They also served omelet on request. There is white bread and a pop up sandwich maker with butter and jam. They serve coffee and tea. Coffee is Bru instant coffee and not filter coffee. Tea was much better than coffee especially if you are someone who loves filter coffee. We also had fried rice and mixed vegetable curry for dinner one night and it was good. Overall staff was good but the maintenence of the rooms is what we really didn't like at all. Rooms with cockroaches is something that cannot be tolerated at all. They have parking for about 10 SUVs/ big sedans and two or three more can be accommodated when two cars are parked one behind the other but three cars have to be moved if the first one has to go out which can be a big pain. To summarise it's not a 3 Star hotel by any means. I will go with 1 star as the overall maintenance is very poor.
