K Plus Comforts - Hotel

I recently stayed at K Plus Comforts during a personal visit. While the rooms were clean, they felt quite congested, leaving little space to move around comfortably. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a couple of issues. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, failing to provide adequate cooling. Additionally, the door lock was faulty, which left me feeling a bit uneasy. As it was late at night, and with minimal staff available, neither of these issues could be resolved promptly. Thankfully, my stay was only for one night, so I managed without much inconvenience. On the positive side, the attached restaurant was a pleasant surprise. It offers a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, all of which were decently good in taste and quality. Parking, however, is a significant concern. The facility can only accommodate four vehicles at a time, which may pose problems during peak periods. Overall, the tariff is reasonable for what is offered, but the experience could be significantly improved with better maintenance and more proactive service, especially during off-hours. I would recommend this place for a short stay if you're looking for a budget-friendly option, but be prepared for some limitations.

I have not stayed in the property, but for the area and atmosphere, this place looked good. Reception guy was kind enough to let us fresh up so that we could have breakfast.

It was an Amazing Stay. I have given 4/5 cause of few points, - No Fridge - Dish TV Recharge was not available - Smile on Few Faces was missing - Hot water 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. So one 1 star I deducted. RO Drinking Water is available in Restaurant,if you want to fill the bottles you can do before 10 p.m. as Restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Rooms- AC works fine and Nice Sunrise from Glass Window of the Room, No balcony. Beds are Comfortable and Cleaning done daily. Two 500 ml water bottles are provided everyday. Two Mini Medimix Soaps and Two sachet of Medimix Shampoos are provided. Towels are changed everyday (2 nos provided). Overall Rooms are Good. Reception you have a sitting area. Check-in and Check-out is done quickly. Opp Reception you have an elevator, good for taking your luggage upstairs. The ambiance is amazing. They have their own Pure Veg Restaurant so anyone vegetarian checking in has a good option for them. The restaurant is very comfortable. This was one of the worst stays I have ever had through MakeMyTrip. The room provided was completely different from what was shown in the images. Basic facilities were missing--there were no proper charging points, no fan regulator, and overall, the room was in a terrible condition. I had booked a stay with breakfast included, but the hotel denied providing it. When I reached out to MakeMyTrip for support, they were of no help. Their only solution was to book another room at my own cost, which is completely unacceptable. This is a clear case of misleading advertising by both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. The reality of the stay was far from what was promised. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel and to be cautious while using MakeMyTrip, as their support is useless when you actually need it. Worst experience ever!

I stayed here for 2 days and it is quite good. Located in a decent area and beach is nearby walkable distance. I enjoyed my stay here. I would recommend this hotel for a decent stay. Pure Veg restaurant in the ground floor provides variety of items with good taste. One thing is that internet shows 13 k rent and they charge 19k .

Property is cheating us by paying double when you want to change date and non refundable on cancellation . Don't trust this property and SuBham from MMT is not supported and property has not agreed for any request . Reception is rude and will have to file a complaint against him

Worst service, no staff in the hotel, can't even get the glass of water in the room. Think twice before making a booking, if your are left with the only hotel than go for it.

I booked this hotel through make my trip if you guys want to book this hotel don't fall for the photos like I did the rooms are not clean as shown in the photo the bathroom was smelly and most irritating part was that the staff was not at all friendly
