Hotel Eden

Ms. Chumki and Ms. Anguri served us well during our bday party on 17.03. Ambience was good with good background music. Decoration provide was also good. Delicious food (Pizza, Noodles n choco Pastry). Thums up. Baloon arrangement was good.

Oyster restaurant of Eden. Crab masala and prawns tempura, chicken xaccuti i tried and the preparation was very good and tasty. Prawns pepper fry was the worst. The price was 400rs for that, but too much salt and soya sauce . They mentioned it's a south indian style preparation but what they served was chinese.

Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Best part of it is the location, very central and lot of restaurants around. In house buffet breakfast was very good. Even though the rooms was a bit small in size to our preference, the stay was very peaceful & staff was also extremely courteous.

Hotel is clean, service is good. But I felt cost is bit high. Breakfast is complimentary with multiple choices of food. We can stay here and visit places in south Goa.

I recently stayed at Eden Hotel in Karwar and unfortunately had a negative experience. The parking situation was chaotic and poorly managed, making it difficult to find a spot. They will say parking is on availability basis and the guests that have checked in wont get parking if their parking is full from the guests at their restaurant. The key card will stop working multiple times in the day. The breakfast buffet is a scam. Most of the items are either overcooked or undercooked.||What made matters worse was the behavior of some staff members. When I requested the return of a few unused items, I was met with hostility and even felt threatened when they implied they would hold my belongings. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any hospitality setting.||I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. It's essential for guests to feel respected and valued, and sadly, that was not the case here.||The manager there Mr. Sunil is very rude and unprofessional. Watch out for this guy. Picture attached below.|On a good part, the rooms are spacious, there is hot water available at all times, the room has a fridge and a mini bar. The location is within city and has all essential stores in close proximity. They offer welcome drinks at reception and its available there at all times. The beach is just few metres away.

A great hotel in a small town that ensures luxury stay with most of the amenities. The room and the ambience in the room is extremely pleasant with positive vibes. The staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is also great. Though the spread may not be that wide, but definitely good enough for a good appetite. Overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Non veg is not up to the mark. Rest all is good.
