I was a bit skeptical initially to book this hotel after reading the reviews here. But I thought of giving it a try since it was a question of just one night stay. I took the advise from one of the reviews and asked hotel to accommodate me in their new building instead of the old building, which they did gracefully. Believe me, it is not that bad. The rooms are not bad but they surely need a little upliftment especially the bed. The mattress was terrible. The staff greeted us quite well and provided us the best service whenever we needed it. Front desk staff are quite helpful as well courteous and polite. The security takes care of your car in case you prefer to park it outside. They do have a complimentary breakfast but we did not avail it as we left quite early in the morning. It is right on NH 17 and that's the advantage. The room price is little more than other similar or better hotels in the town. But it is not a bad option in case you are looking to stay just for one night.

Reception Staff - OK Price - non negotiable they provided extra towels and soap on request. A bit pricy, but ok. Clean sheets, but the pillow covers were not changed when we got the room. Car parking - same parking space as that of the restraunt below

Close to the national highway, a very old hotel with decent rooms with most economical tarrif. The hotel has two good restaurents, one with attached bar, other a pure veg. Both restaurents serve excellent food. Stayed in an air conditioned room with 1200 Rupees per day. The rooms and bathrooms require refurbishing, the hotel is a beautiful building.

It was a bad experience with us.the hotel is totally dependent on Solar.in rainy season u have to take bath with cold water.Rooms are average. Flush not working.towels given only 2 for 4 persons I recommend not to choose this hotel.No maintenance

The food was absolutely amazing. It has a family section and the food is too good. We ordered mackeral masala, silver fish rawa fry, squid golden fry, squid chilly (must try), cheese garlic naan and tandoori chicken. All the dishes were good. The service was also fast.

This is a decent hotel if you are on a short trip to Karwar city. This is an old hotel with basic amenities which can be your home for night stay. They serves good food at reasonable rates. Nothing fascinating to write about but overall it is an average hotel in Karwar.
