I don't feel value for money that I have spend on this trip. Right from word go it was a bad experience. Pickup point is pathetic with no proper parking if you drive your car till pickup point. In such humid atmosphere you have to keep on waiting for the boat because it doesn't come on give time. |The boat is not in good condition and it require proper servicing on a priority basis because it keep on facing rough sea number of times everyday. Secondly avoid overcrowding on boat as it may results in a disaster some day. Authorities please take note of it.|I booked 03 S-C-M rooms for my family which according to there website is the most premium and expensive room at the resort along with all meal's. On reaching the reception I was informed that those rooms are under repair and they gave us Turtle tent rooms with sea view which were average according to me. |They just have one restaurant NEMO DECK at the resort which operate at specific timing so if you have kids better carry snacks. Food is good, staff is polite and very helpful at the resort.|Infinity pool is properly maintained. The sunset and the views are awesome. Water sports are good and conducted with proper safety standards.|Management has to work a lot on safety, maintenance and upgradation.

The location of this resort is very beautiful. Rooms are hygienic and very well maintained. The staff are very disciplined and attentive. Even though it is an island, there was no delay in the service provided by them. The food was very good and tasty, especially the pasta. The best part of this resort is sunset at the swimming pool and evening tea at beach. One should not miss this..! Kudos to the pool maintenance guy, I liked his dedication and there is a dedicated parking space for our vehicles on main land. Overall i enjoyed the stay and will look forward to visiting again.
We had the most amazing experience here. Breathtaking views of the Arabian sea. Loved the rooms, the well maintained infinity pool and the food. The nature walks were very interesting and informative. Just one point for improvement would be if they can provide covered parking for cars on the mainland, as the parking lot is open and can lead to overheating of cars especially in the summer months.
"I had a wonderful experience at this resort! The location is truly unique and offers a peaceful, scenic escape from the usual hustle. The hospitality was exceptional--every staff member was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. What stood out the most was the food--it was simply next level! Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service and unforgettable cuisine."
My family and I had a great time at the Cintacor Island - A Boutique Resort, where we created memories that will last a lifetime. I want to thank the entire team, which is incredibly professional, and wish them all the best. A special thank you to the restaurant manager, @Ramkalidoss, for making our dining experience more cherishable and paying particular attention to the requirements of my 3-year-old child. Thank you for the morning nature walk, @Dipanjan. It was fascinating, revitalizing, and gave us unique insights on the area. It also took us to different parts of the island to enjoy the stunning views and assisted us in spotting endangered dolphin species on and near the island.
Beautiful stay it was. The infinity pool and the sunset is mesmerising. I must say that the staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Deepanjan, a PhD scholar and nature guy leads the nature walk and dolphin spoting. He is extremely knowledgeable, grounded and a very friendly person. We loved our nature walks so went for both east and west miles and were quite lucky to spot multiple dolphins during our trip. Food is tasty and worth a mention.
I find it unacceptable that, despite paying a significant amount, guests have to continually request even the most basic necessities. Our check-in experience was frustrating--rooms were provided two hours late due to a drainage issue, with no fresh-up room available, leaving us to endure the intense heat. The staff offered no estimated time for resolution, only repeated apologies for the inconvenience. When we finally received our room, it had a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered despite the use of air fresheners. The property also offers two guided walks--East Mile and West Mile--which proved to be underwhelming. The guides seemed to rely on fabricated stories, making the experience dull and uninteresting, with no real attractions to engage visitors. Additionally, our dining experience was disappointing. A staff member named Ram denied us seating near the air conditioning, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Cleanliness standards were poor, with tables left unkempt, infrequent cleaning, and a lack of proper seating arrangements. The space itself felt cramped, and the staff appeared ill-equipped to handle even a modest crowd of fifty guests, raising concerns about how they would manage if capacity were expanded. Also, found algae in the water bottles that were kept for drinking which even after repeating was not cleaned and kept for drinking. Amidst all these shortcomings, one bright spot was Mr. Ganesh, who genuinely made an effort to assist in whatever ways he could." This property also differentiates Indians and Foreigners and looks down on Indians.
As a rare island resort, in Karnataka, Cintacor can be easily compared with many exotic resorts around the world. The ferry ride itself is thrilling from mainland Karwar to the island on the Arabian Sea. A trained staff always ready to assist you disembark and then an electric buggy takes you all the way to the top of the small hill amidst lush greenery, canopy of trees. With its stand alone AC cottages well furnished and fabulous endless views of the ocean, an infinity pool where you can swim and watch glorious sunsets, a bar and a restaurant which serves continental and Indian cuisine, a private beach you can relax and enjoy your stay in this breathtaking island resort.
