Staff is courteous & helpful. Rooms are good. Kitchen is good but needs pest control. Location is good as the hotel is near sea shore. All the necessary facilities are easily accessible from the hotel.

Clean spacious rooms. Good service. Nice restaurant nearby, and all shops. 7 minute walk to the beach. Slight smell of damp in the room, so high fan usage helped. Quiet location.

Very conveniently located hotel (10 min walk from beach)with 2 bedroom apartments with facilities like fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. No food is available at hotel but they arrange parcel which is not required and there are plenty good restaurants around. Couple of parking slots available within hotel premises. Road parking is also available

Amazing rooms take the 2 bhk house stay and enjoy the amazing ac rooms and free wifi and all tv channels amazing experience go to the beach play and come back and have a amazing hot shower in the stay

The rooms were good when I visited a couple of years ago.. but this time there were lot of cockroaches and also the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken . Otherwise the service is good and staff is also polite.

"Excellent Service Apartments for Group Stays!" A group of 21 childhood friends stayed at Aditi Comforts in January 2025 for 5 nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The property is well-suited for large groups, and we comfortably accommodated ourselves in 6 rooms. The location is a major highlight--Aditi Comforts is situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient. There are several great dining options nearby, including popular veg and non-veg restaurants like Shruthi Sagar, Shweta, and Aramane, all located just below the property or within a 20-meter walking distance. The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional hospitality. Manager Mr. Salunke and Parveen at the reception were extremely gentle, cooperative, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Overall, Aditi Comforts is a fantastic choice for group stays, offering great location, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Stayed for night on the way to Goa. Cleanly maintained room. Walkable distance to Karwar beach and Warship memorial. A lot of restaurants around this accommodation.

Rooms were stinking of fungus, difficult to spend an hour, the hotel is located behind some strange looking old buildings, We didn't like it, on asking for refund the staff suddenly turned very rude, he was forcing us to stay. We left and also didn't get any refund which is fine but got a very bad experience.
