Vardhaman Dhanashala Residency

Recently we booked 10 rooms each side( girl & boy) here because of marriage in near by hall. Girl party took 3 additional rooms later. From our side Only 4 were utilised out of 10. They have charged all the 10 same amount. Repeated request to charge minimum amount for non occupied rooms went waste. Even requested to adjust additional 3 rooms charges from quota. Nothing was agreed and fully charged all 23 rooms. No room boy to carry luggage or open the room also. Worst arguments,no flexibility,rude behaviour. Few guests booked in other hotels and they all got very good service. They also got good deal for Bulk booking. We strongly propose not to book rooms in this hotel just because of any function at near by hall. Take care of all these points for your next bookings.

We had booked a hotel in Karkala town for a business trip, but upon reaching the residence, we found that there were more guests than expected, and we couldn't get an extra room. It was already 1 AM, so we visited another lodge and, luckily, managed to get a room at a reasonable price. The room was comparatively good, and they charged 1,300 for a family room. At that time, we felt the price was fair. We are grateful to the man who accommodated us.

Night shift manager is the worst person you will ever see in any hotel, very poor service dont know how to talk with customers. Though we have booked and went he talks in rude manner and asked more money. Rooms were not that clean and you can see lizards here and there. No hot water available and no TV facility. Bedsheets and towels are not fresh. Wifi where they didn't provided the password, also TVs placed but no channels and manager was saying some rubbish reason that cable is not working.

The best part about this hotel is about its location it's situated between 2 historic spots one is chathurmukha basadi and the gomatheshwara statue. The rooms are neat and clean. One more main and the most important factor what I liked is the vegetarian hotel run by a jain person, the food made there is so yummy and tasty , the lunch was too good , so if you are looking out for a small homely served food this is the place you won't regret it . Suggest you to opt for the ac rooms

Rooms are neat and tidy. The staff is well spoken. Location is close to bhagavan bahubali statue and jain temples. Liked the stay

It is not always that fancy attracts it is the beauty of the simplicity which is beyond appreciation. Mr Francis is doing a great job in providing comfortable stay experience to the guests with an approach of helping. The rooms were spacious, prices were reasonable and basic things like water pressure, lighting's, switch near the head of the bed etc were taken care in the rooms. What else one wants during the stay !

Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are clean & spacious. Staff are very courteous. But they provide only one bed sheet & one towel for double room occupancy. They provide extra towel & bedsheet only on request. Good place to stay.

It is a fairly new place, I would give 3 stars for cleanliness as the washrooms are quite dirty but the Rooms and bedsheets are clean and tidy. Would love to give 5 star for the hospitality and amenities. It has AC and 24hours hot water, good parking space. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant however it's walking distance to nearby market and food court. The rooms doesn't have an TV yet.
