Hotel Swagath

This place deserves definitely a way better rating! We had everything we needed and even more! The room was clean and spacious with nice hot water in the shower, it was extremely central and the people working there were next level amazing!!! We were two European women / females and felt very safe, the receptionist even helped us getting draped into a saree for a wedding we were attending. It's worth every penny staying in this beautiful and well maintained place :)

Rooms are good neat n clean, hotel is exactly behind bus stop, big car parking area, food is good in this hotel. Highly recommended to for the people who are coming to Karkala.

Their professionalism and kindness stood out, especially when the manager graciously upgraded us to a spacious Suite room upon request. The room itself was nothing short of exceptional--immaculately maintained, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and featuring a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The entire hotel exuded a fresh feel, a testament to its recent renovation under the new management, who are clearly committed to providing a top-notch experience. The service here deserves special praise. Every staff member was incredibly courteous, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant manager personally guided us through the various seating arrangements, catering to families, parties, and hotel guests, showcasing their attention to detail and guest satisfaction. It's evident that Swagat Hotel is now run by professionals who understand the importance of hospitality. With its upgraded facilities, prime location, and outstanding service, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families and travelers alike. I highly recommend it!

This is Joseph Almeda with Mr. George Dsouza visited this hotel, located in central place in city surrounded by market place. You can easily access Bus, Rikshaw or Taxi to go to your next destination. Spacious Rooms, Neet and clean bathroom. Good Restaurant testy and hygiene food. We enjoyed food in the hotel. Good cooperative staff always ready to help you. We meet Mr. Jaiprakash handsome personality, cooperative who helped us lot. So strongly recommend you to visit and enjoy your stay in this hotel. We had chicken malai tikka and chicken biryani. Malai tikka was superb and melt in the mouth! Service was Spot on!

The worst hotel behaviour frim reception staff mr raghu. No service no internet no goodnight full of mosquitoes. Surprised to c this behaviour as i visit from many years. Requesting the owner jyoti medical to look into this matter.
