Hotel Balaji Inn

I visited this hotel with my family and had one of the worst experiences ever. We waited for over 30 minutes in the restaurant, and not a single staff member bothered to come to our table or even acknowledge our presence. The place was not even that crowded, which makes their complete lack of attention and hospitality even more unacceptable. This kind of pathetic service is shocking and disrespectful, especially for families who expect at least basic courtesy. Clearly, customer satisfaction means nothing to them. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away unless you enjoy being ignored

I am giving this 5 start to the hotel for the service given by staff Ms Deeksha .. very well served .. today the restaurant was over crowded and she managed the customers well .. along with her one more gentleman gave the best service but forgot to ask his name .. he was taking orders.. food is tasty . Ambience is excellent.. decent place to go with family and friends ..

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no much crowd, yet we waited for a long time without a single staff member acknowledging us not even a simple greeting. I left feeling completely disrespected and frustrated. This is the worst hotel in Karkala.

The food is tasty, the servings are good and the people here are very well mannered. Overall a very good location to dine in karkala.

I recently visited Balaji Inn a cozy restaurant located in Karkala know for its authentic foo. The service was impeccable with helpful and attentive staff. The prices were quite reasonable considering the quality and portion size. I would define recommend Balaji Inn for anyone looking for a cozy spot and quality food.

Food was OK.. But service is bad.. Waiting time more than 45 mins after ordering the food..

I attended a baby shower. Ample space. Nice decor. Good service.
