A beautiful property spread over 8 acres of lush green and natural green cover. The river flows right through the property and you can have a private picnic beside it! Rooms are simple and basic, local food available very easily. Great spot for camping, river baths, nature walks, meditation, yoga, bornfires. You will have a beautiful experience

The perfect getaway 150km from Bangalore this Paradise resort is raw as it can be with the cauvery flowing through the property, brilliant scenery and loving meals provided, the host assured the best experience with greatest day scheduled started with a breakfast, had a workshop on yoga, workshop on farming and post the satisfying workout took a bath and swim in the River. The lunch was excellent. The evening was amazing with music and Jam circles and 1 hour with poi workshop and a brilliant Fire Hoola hoop and Fire poy show. Highly recommended to visit. As the place is well sanitized it was the perfect destination for 2020! Thank you Bayan for making this year for me and my friends! Can't wait to come back.

This place has beautiful exterior surrounded by areas and a river. However the rooms and interiors are the complete opposite. Fans, lights, sockets and ACs barely work, and toilets don't flush. Its downright run down and broken, dirty and unsanitary, not to mention completely infested with spider, bedbug and cockroachs and god knows what else. This place has a lot of potential, such a shame that there is zero upkeep. Name should be changed to "Hole in the Ozone". Honestly would give it lower than 1 star if i could in its current condition. Save yourself the trouble and stay in a cheap OYO outlet, as this place is really not fit for any human to live in.
