You can call it a lodge instead of a resort. The treatment and way of talking by the staff is purely similar to some non standard hotels. They don't really know how to handle customers nor do they have that kind of professionalism. The place is right next to Paakashale restaurant. They charge twenty percent extra on the drinks if you order though they say MRP. Or even if you purchase and carry drinks from their own MRP shop, they don't allow you to drink it in open space, you'll have to sit inside room. This prompts everyone to pay extra and sit outside to have drinks and dinner. Clothes on the table which they arrange for dinner outside are completely dirty and stained. Swimming pool was closed even after 9am because they had power issues. Food was decent though. Rooms were small but decent. Washroom was okayish. The location is good and easily noticeable. Probably they should work on the professionalism of the staff.

Please never ever go to this resort the staff are not good and all are drunken and they will off all the power in mid night and no one can stay in the room... they are looting the people in the name of resorts

I had a very unpleasant experience at [Hotel Name]. When we asked for drinks, the staff behaved aggressively and acted like rowdies, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a hospitality setting. For women, this place does not feel safe. The lack of professionalism and respect from the staff was alarming, and I would strongly advise against staying here until these issues are addressed. Definitely not a good choice for families or solo female travelers.

It was amazing place to hangout with family..best place to celebrate your special days like birthdays, haldi ceremony etc there kids playing area also available, indoor and outdoor activities also there..you can see pool view from your room..comes to food veg and nonveg dishes are available, gheeroast chicken must try..visit, enjoy n explore Thank you
