Disappointing Experience at Heritage Kanva Resort - Not Worth the Hype! I visited Kanva Heritage Resort recently, and I must say it was a total letdown. The place looks promising from the outside, but the reality is far from it. Firstly, the activities are extremely limited - just two so-called games: one "adventure" setup (with absolutely no staff or security to guide or ensure safety), and a swimming pool with dirty water that clearly hasn't been changed in a while. There was no music, no vibe, and no one seemed interested in making guests feel welcome or entertained. When it comes to hospitality, it was non-existent. No staff around to assist, and no proper reception or management in sight. The food was horrible - not just bland, but genuinely bad quality. Even the welcome drink was awful. I saw many visitors openly complaining and scolding the staff. It felt like we all got scammed into thinking this was a decent getaway. Overall, this was one of the worst resort experiences I've ever had. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable time. Definitely not worth your money or time.

Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the Hype! I had a really bad experience at Kanva Resort. The service was terrible from the moment we arrived. The staff were unresponsive and showed no sense of responsibility or hospitality. We had to wait for hours just to get basic things like towels and drinking water. Rooms were not clean, and the washrooms were in poor condition. The food was below average, served cold, and the staff didn't even bother to listen to our complaints. For the price they charge, you'd expect at least decent service, but honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway. They seriously need to improve their management and train their staff better.

Never every visit, worst resort to visit never recommended. We went for day outing. Indore games only carrom, pools are dam dirty, climbing games only 1 round. They didn't have food plates to serve, food not at all good, spoilt roti. No managers to guide parking or food area, food were not ready even by 2pm, The crowd was approx 60ppl all wre waiting and shouting for not serving food organised way, no queuees like cows all were pulling pushing n regretted visiting this resort Realised people who have given 5/5 are their own people, not at all worth. Want to waste ur money tgen visit n regret

I recently stayed at Kanva Heritage Resort and was extremely disappointed with the hospitality and overall experience. The staff was unresponsive and the facilities were below expectations. Food and service were inadequate quality, with shortages and poor management evident. The swimming pool and other amenities were not maintained well. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price paid. I would not recommend this resort to others looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway.

Staff were inattentive and unhelpful. There seemed to be a complete lack of training and hospitality.The food was another disaster. The menu was of low quality--bland, unhygienic, and clearly not fresh. Worse, None of the meals were served on time. Dining here was not just inconvenient--it was frustrating.As for amenities, they were either poorly maintained or nonexistent. The pool was dirty, the outdoor games was barely functional, and the indoor games room was just an empty room with broken furniture. Advertised activities were either unavailable or misrepresented. If you're looking for relaxation or value for your money, I strongly recommend choosing another destination.

Kanva resort is an amazing place to enjoy quality yet fun times with friends and families. Lots of games, a big swimming pool with games, delicious food, a big lawn area to play cricket, a small play area for kids, very comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and a peaceful place overall. Very refreshing. Can also go for a walk around the resort as well as to Kanva dam which is very close by. Perfect for a sunset walk. They have a few rooms along with tent facilities, which are very good.

I went last Fri/Sat for stay out Very bad experience Food is not good Areas are Not well maintained In the room ( we took AC room) it's not working properly no basic facilities after paying soo much @all activities rope tyres everything has worn out No cleanliness and hygiene maintained in pool No kayaking or rafting nothing all lies We paid 3000/-for stay out per person We felt very bad Not worth for money and the ppl working there were very Rude
