It was very great place amongst nature and food was excellent! Authentic taste. But we would need a touch of Kannada speaking and light musical morning or evening.. For some of us ..mud pot water is little allergic, hence give option of water bottle plz. But over all ,trek captured superb liking and the tractor ride was amazing.

Superb place. Next to reserve forest is just too good. Gone there for a day plan on a invitation. Very large property with capacity for around 100 pax. The contryction is all local and food was decent, good spread. The entry is via a narrow path and exit is a different path. Place is buzzing with bird life and a morning session outside will be fantastic No wifi in property and mobile signal also very poor. No TV or Ac also.
Went for a day outing with family and friends. Good place. The kids had a great time in the pool, tractor ride and in seeing the vegetables in the farm. It is a very scenic place, mountains around the property - picturesque and pleasing. Huge property but could not roam around much due to the high temperatures. Food was Karnataka cuisine. It was a very scrumptious experience if you are open to new cuisines. Missed dosas in the breakfast but lunch and hi-tea made up with a good spread. Kulfis during lunch was much needed in this hot weather. Roads were fine, mud road for 2-3 kms was manageable. The staff were hospitable and were down to earth. Would plan for a night stay in the future.
The place is good. But extremely expensive. The food is very limited. No shampoo kept in room. No cycle to play around. They charge 100 per day, but none of the cycles work. Quite a dry place. They asked us to pay the kid's charge into the manager's account. Camp fire was lot really late. The pottery was good. But to take home the pots made, they charged 100 per pot, which got cracked within 2 days. ||The trek was good in the morning. No dosa for breakfast. Just idli, bread, Upma for breakfast. We paid 15000 for a night stay. And the options were tooo little .
I was looking for a resort with trekking option and decided on Baevue after seeing the review across sites. This property didn't disappoint in terms of its scenic surrounding, rustic appeal and excellent facilities including food which are all grown in-house! The access road was a little challenge, but didnt face much issues thanks to the guidance from Mr Senthil, who was very helpful. The 2-hrs trekking was the icing on the cake, and am really thankful to Mr Suresh for the excellent experience. Will certainly plan to visit again with bigger group.
We just spent a couple of blissful days at Baevu, and, over every minute of it. It is a true village experience far from the madness of work, school & city life.|The rooms were wonderful; old school decor, "Thotti Mane" designs that were just charming and the rooms/bathrooms were spotless. |The service was attentive & the entire staff did a great job with our group of 10 (ranging from the elderly to a 6 year old). Every request was taken care of promptly & with a smile.|The food was delicious; while it was simple fare, the food was healthy, tasty & plentiful.|We loved all the activities, especially the morning trek (Thank for being an awesome guide Suresh!) & the sunset tractor ride (Thank you Ambarish!).|If you want to disconnect from your busy lives & feel rejuvenated, book a stay at Baevu for a few days!!!
We were here for an overnight office outing. The place was very good in terms of the environment, greenery, traditional style rooms, Paddy fields etc. Overall if you want to disconnect from busy city life, best option. Was surprised to see a calm and serene place - so close to Bangalore! Did not expect to see this. Very well designed, aesthetic
Although the stay was ok, property is not maintained properly 1. Swimming pool water isn't chlorinated or chlorinated with minimum amount to save costs. This will spread germs 2. Water were provided in plain glass bottles and not sure the source and storage are done properly 3. More measures needs to be taken to prevent mosquitoes in the rooms Post our stay , all of us in our family are suffering from cold, cough and fever. Although you like the atmosphere of village but nothing becomes priority above health and definitely do not suggest to stay here with kids.
