Hampi Inn Homestay

Amazing vegetarian restaurant offering so many options. Everything tasted great here. The ambience deserves special mention as there is floor level diwan seating and also tables for those who can't sit on the ground. Their drinks were also very refreshing. It is definitely a mist visit if you're in this area. If you're in for super soft chapatis, tasty curries and flavourful drinks, this is the place.

We stopped here for lunch a couple of days ago. Food, service and atmosphere here are so good that we've returned here on the next day for lunch again. We've ordered South Indian and North Indian thali, sizzlers, paneer curries and even pizza Margarita (!), which was a delicious and fun experience. Mango lassies and lemonades are also fantastic! The restaurant is close to fields, shielded from the street buzz. Parking available. Premises are very tidy and the ambience is fantastic. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

Great place for lunch if you're visiting the royal centre temples. Cushioned floor seating is very nice to relax on and escape the sun for a bit. Had a lovely palak paneer curry. Freshly cooked and service was good too.

I went here searching for Mango Tree Restaurant. Apparently, the old Mango Tree Restaurant has been relocated and has been renamed as Hampi Inn Restaurant. Went here for dinner, the restaurant was very dimly lit and had a lot of mosquitoes. Ordered a sizzler. Taste was good. Disclaimer: first time having a sizzler in my life. Ordered Jeera rice, taste was decent. One thing to note though is that the restaurant is very expensive. This depends on your perspective, but being someone who's had food in 5 star restaurants like Radisson and Taj, I found the price to be on the expensive side. This is completely targeted towards the foreign audience, who don't have any idea about Indian food and their prices.

I loved the vibe of this place. Out of the food I ordered, Pita bread and Humus was the best. Second best was lemon mint drink and third best was margherita pizza. Cashew Nut spring roll was bit disappointing as there was hardly any cashews in it.

clean and airy a very vibey place for those who want to have the hippie feel. Had aloo paratha for breakfast. it was very tasty. and we also took takeaway at lunch and dinner. chapattis as very soft and sabji's have nice taste.

An excellent staying place with an excellent restaurant at Kamalapur. This place is very close to the Hampi ruins therefore all the archaeological sites are easily accessible. The rooms are basic but very functional and comfortable. Each room has an additional bed which takes care of a lot of issues. They have rooms as well as cottages. Cottages are cheaper. The staff is very helpful and responsive. They would at times go out of their way to keep their customers happy. The food quality and variety is vast and excellent. We stayed for 3 night and had all meals in their restaurant. In face lot of people from other place came to this restaurant to have food. The seating capacity is fairly enough to accomodate everyone. A budget friendly but very comfortable, hygienic and with a positive vibe and a lovely hussle-bussle place.

I don't know if it's the fact that mango tree restaurant burnt down and this place rose from ashes or if the curries are truely amazing. French fries are crispy, paneer butter masala just spicy enough and banana lassi smooth. This place truely hit different. Happy temple time friends. Namaste.
