Zest Club

I've been waiting for a luxury stay in Gulbarga for a long time and Zest has finally arrived. Absolutely comfortable and cozy rooms with hygienic bathrooms and pleasant surrounding, all within pocket friendly budget. Go for it!!

I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. The service at this hotel was absolutely Terrible from the moment we walked in. The host barely acknowledged us and made us wait 20 minutes to take order . Once seated, it took forever for a server to even greet us, and when they finally did, they seemed annoyed and rushed. We ordered simple dishes, but they took over 45 minutes to arrive--and when they did, they were cold and clearly not fresh

Overall service is very good. I am very happy with the taste of food both breakfast and lunch. The staff are very polite and service oriented.clean and hygienic rooms. Thanks to entire management. Must visit and worth for money. Small advice: cricket playing price is too high make it 500 to 600 INR.

Worth the money and a must visit, the taste of food is good.staff behaviour is nice and room ambience awesome. It is a wonderful place. Overall an excellent stay.

Customer touch point staff need lot of training. Being a club and not in the heart of the city, there is less footfall and low occupancy. Despite that rooms are well maintained. Limited food options but tasty. In case of disconnect the customer is believed to be prima facie at fault. This could be avoided by the customer by having very clear communication with the staff on the minutest matters. The club/hotel can train its staff to show more empathy, after all it's a service business.

Must visit and only place in Gulbarga. Tasty food, Nice ambience, friendly staff, clean rooms, nature was owesome and very peaceful place to visit with friends and family. The additional indoor badminton, gym and box cricket playing was good to see all there

Great stay. We had friends get together here and enjoyed our stay. Restaurant within was awesome, all items were tasty. Ankush from the Restaurant staff helped us throughout our lunch, dinner.
