Udyan Residency

A perfect destination for visitors to this historic city. Pleasant atmosphere and reasonable rent are attractive features. Though in the city there is a Feel of calmness inside. A worthy place indeed.

Worst service & response, no backup during power cuts.

Service is vry bad from the management here and the receptionist here is very rude and wn we enter the room he told hot water will be available and after that if we ask him he's telling it's technical issue and we cannot do anything and we asked to change the room but he didn't give us other room and after that he spoke rudely with us so don't ever come to this lodge u can go other lodges near by owner of this place shld know that If his business ruins he will get to know abt customers even single star is too much for this place

It is maintained well with High disciplines and Good services , central location of Gulbarga District market areas, ksrtc Bus stand, Railway station,mall are close food services from Kamat Hotel, non veg restaurant convenient, Rooms Tarriff are not so high compared to others very Reasonable Tarriff

By the time of my second visit to the city, `Gulbarga' had now been|officially renamed to `Kalaburagi'.|This was for an official trip. My accommodation had been booked at|Hotel Udyan. The room was of a reasonable size, with an attached|bathroom: both were very neat and clean. The AC in the room also|worked properly. This is more of a guest house than an actual hotel.|A request for some drinking water was met quickly, and cheerfully.|There was a nice Kamath restaurant at a walking distance from the|place, where we went for breakfast on 15 October.|(The previous night's dinner was at a location whose name I have forgotten).|The location of Udyan hotel is quite nice: in fact, it is centrally located|with a park in front. It is close to a main road, for ease of|approach, as well as not that close, so as to have any disturbing|noise from traffic.|

Good and spacious room all around, but room wer smelly and TV was not working, service was okay. Over all two stars
