Dear Hotel Oaks Elite Team, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for making our daughter's birthday celebration truly memorable. The ambience was beautiful and added a warm, elegant touch to the occasion, making it all the more special. The food was exceptional -- every dish was delicious and enjoyed by all our guests. Compliments to the chefs and the team for such wonderful preparations. A special note of appreciation for the impeccable service we received. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured everything went smoothly. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sanjib, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you once again for a fantastic experience. We look forward to visiting again and will definitely recommend Hotel Oaks Elite to others.

Not that great experience to be honest ! We had a baby shower party here and also booked rooms for our guests . What we faced was poor management, untrained staff, poor air conditioning in rooms and banquet hall , late room services. If I talk about the food served during the party , it was full thanda food , water served was at room temperature and lukewarm, they didn't even mentioned properly anything about tandoori roti and phulka with butter or without butter - so they served without butter rotis to our guest which was pathetic to eat. Didn't mentioned about the mic at first that it is chargeable during the meeting and just before the function started the staff asked us in front of our main guests to pay 1500 for the mic then use it. Not at all clear enough in their communication and services. I was sweating all the time on the stage during my function due to their poor AC functioning. Few things were good like the taste of food , ambience and rooms , but they mostly lacked at the good hospitality!

Had been to have breakfast on 18 May 2025 as 5th time but this time the buffet price revised from 199/- to 249/- which is also acceptable but the breakfast items was not upto the mark. The samber was salty, Wada's were not crispy, fruits were little stale conditions, plates were missing. Even room was too tacky when a company Tally Solutions from Bangalore was checked in and no response was entertained and he rushed to change the hotel on the same day.

Had booked the venue for birthday party I must admit that it was a great experience the staff, the service, the food is worth it. If one is looking for a ravish party hall this is the place. Matched all the requirements that was asked. Coming to food they started with welcome drink followed by starters and main course and dessert was top notch. Overall loved the ambience and service.

Good place and staff. My wife was provided feeding room to baby as well and when we were about to leave Rajnit Mete who was serving us n taking care came n returned my moms gold finger ring which had fallen down during handwash . We had booked the venue for a birthday party. It was excellent. We had good time The staff members were so welcoming and helpful. The food was also very delicious. It was a great experience

We celebrated my niece's 1st birthday here. The decoration and the service was really great. Everyone was very active and had smile on there face which really brightened up the party. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. It was very clean and we had a great time.

A decent stay near Esic medical college Kalaburagi. Rooms are good. But the service is average at best. My room had a kettle that was not working which they did not replace for the two days I stayed. Also the shower did not have hot water. After complaining they provided hot water in a bucket after waiting for more than 45 mins. Restaurant is pure veg.
