Super OYO Flagship Bhalkeshwar Lodging

Rooms are not what they are shown in the photos..located above a bar.Place smells like alcohol. Rooms are not cleaned after the previous guests left. Bedsheets blankets not changed. Leftover beer bottles in the cupboard. Hot water dosent work. Rooms are suffocating and lot of noise by surrounding industrial shops. No wifi or tv. Walls are in damaged conditions.

Not Satisfied with staff. Already booked from OYO app and payment also done, but the concerns hotel staff has denied it that I haven't received the payment and we want cash, on next day OYO has gave them them money but hotel staff is telling me that you call OYO customer care number and tell them to refund it. Please never go to this hotel

I given 5 star rating for this hotel because of it's a budgeted hotel. Whatever we are paying it's worth for it. Cleaning and hygienic need to be improved
