OYO Flagship Hotel Ashoka Grand

Not supportive staff. During checkout they don't gave me bil stating that they will send it later .and after 10 days I'm still waiting for the bill . They are not answering my calls also. Room is also not so clean. Always a bad smell comes from the beds and bathroom.

Please dont come her they are froudes staff and manger and owner they all are chitter and don't respecte client and touchering and customer arrgumenting didn't providing any service and not giving drinking water also they all are chitter please dont came her because i have booking room her 1000k only at the end of day they told me give 500 extra i have all payment screen shot on my phone they why telling don't come her they are robbers that's why please dont come her ,,

Reception staff has very rude behavior I had booked this hotel by paying advance from Oyo for 3 people. After going to Ashoka Grand Hotel the reception denied my booking and asked me to pay extra money It was a very useless experience. These hotel reception people have no manners to talk. No Space for Car Parking also in this hotel. People who come to this hotel from outside the people and deny and reject online hotel booking.. If you book a Ac room in this hotel then they give you a Non-Ac room. If any new person books this hotel then he will get trapped and your time will also be wasted, this happened to me too.

Thanks to all the reviews and the worst experience ever. I booked the room via the Oyo app and when I called the property owner he disconnected the call saying no Oyo bookings. I had already paid the amount and they cancelled my booking. They should remove their partnership with Oyo and learn how to talk to customers. Get a hotel management degree as well.

The booking of AC room i made complete payment before travel and to my surprise the hotel manager denied saying OYO did the online booking without their consent. So we were left 2 choice either take a single dirty room or look for another hotel. If this is the case OYO should look in the matter seriously, no use of booking and making payments in advance. Worst experience No ventilation, rude staff, Cocroches inside the rooms, Bathrooms not clean

Dear Travellers, Looking for stay at this Hotel Ashoka Grand? Never ever think of booking this hotel, they are playing a gimmick/game, while they have not unsubscribed from Oyo tie up and continue to accept Bookings from Oyo and once the customer who has booked through Oyo they deny Oyo bookings and you dont have a choice but to pay higher price and stay. Unprofessional and rude behavior

Hotel Ppl says we are not tied up with Oyo, Oyo people will ask you to pay 10% of the total amount to confirm booking. When you raise the issue they will forward their call to the manager and cut the call ( Big Oyo scam). Be careful before booking Oyo rooms

I am stay for the Hotel asoka grand stay Jan.8 evening time . Iam pay 1175 rupees. My family not happy the property. Bead very deatiy.i am telling two times change the beatseat but not change after 3 hours .drunk the Room service gay I am next time not stay.very pathetic service.
