Had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was cooperative and professional, making the entire process at the reception smooth and hassle-free. The place is appropriate and welcoming for unmarried couples to spend quality time together without any discomfort. Services were provided on time, and the cleanliness of the premises was well-maintained. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and respectful stay.

The rooms are not well maintained the beds are torn AC doesn't work TV doesn't work the staff isn't friendly and the house keepers are lazy and didn't clean the room when asked. The food is average and the room had rats too. When the AC issue and rat issue were raised the staff was not willing to change the room and was rude. I personally don't recommend this place. Watchmen are rude too.

The rooms and rest rooms are not well maintained. The bedspread has stain marks, if it was told to the service staff to change they told that it can't be changed. Restrooms water supply is not as mentioned. It's shabby for the price they quote

If I could, I would not even give one star. Yellow pillow cover, hair on the bed sheet, rude staff, so bloody unhygienic. This hotel should be shut down. We travelled for 14 hours straight and wanted to stay for a night. 2 rooms, 4 guests. The moment we ordered dinner, the guy came with the bill asking for the payment on the spot. The payment is always done while checking out but the staff was arrogant enough to Stand on the doorstep and not move saying 'go talk to the manager'. The manager already left for the night. We had such issues all through the night. Waste of money. Shame on the owner.

Visited their resturant on evening. They have a pretty good seating arrangement and it was well ventilated. Tried peanut masala, which was really good. Egg 65 was also really amazing. Edit: tried this again on next visit, it was not that good. Also tried chicken Manchurian, it costed about 275 but the taste and quantity was not worth it. The service was quite quick and good. Would definitely visit again.

One of the best hotel in gulbarga it's 3 years old hotel but they maintained it very neat and clean. Inside the room ambiance was too good. Cons: the food was too spicy when I had given clear instructions to not make so spicy. Overall my 2 days stay was good and I would recommend this hotel for family and professional people who visits this city offen.

Single room is worst.. Go for double if you're staying for more than one night, no heater was working and also I was shifted to another room there also no hot water.. Room was okay but we can feel the old rusty feeling in room , especially in bathroom. Room service is average.
