Kyriad Hotel Gulbarga by OTHPL

I called the hotel directly to tentatively reserve to room for my definitive travel. They asked for payment to which I assured that I will make the payment by the morning. The staff called and stated that I have to make the payment or else they will not even hold the reservation on a tentative basis. ||I informed them to give me some time and they said this is the rule of the hotel and they cannot comply with my request. Either pay up now or they won't give the room.|In a way, I am happy that I have decided not to fall in their trap. Wonder how they have been rated for their services if the first impression itself is bad.

The hotel is inside of a kind of mall and I could have some pleasant days there. The breakfast had many western dishes and was served outside of the Hotel, but stull i side the mall. Everything yummy. The whole bedroom was comfy. The only thing I did not like was the absence of windows in the bedroom. I had to laundry some clothes and the returned so smooth and had a very good smell. Thanks Mary Vignesh Shreeshail & Veer for having me.

Excellent location, it's located inside a mall amidst the shop galore downstairs, but the rooms are quiet and beds are super comfy. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team. The front desk team was very accommodating and their service was incredible. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy. They also have a beautiful restaurant - punch in, with a good breakfast buffet.

I use to come here frequently and as per my observation from last 3 years this is the best hotel to stay. Hotel is located in the heart of the city.|I would to thank bhartesh who giving me a good room and taking care of my stay.|I would like to thank kavya and sahil for making my stay comfortable this time.

Very comfortable rooms, a very good hotel and the icing on the cake is eshwar, the owner and chef. His deserts are next level. Tried the carrot cake n strawberry cheese cake were out of the world and all the dishes we had were classic and delicious.|A young entrepreneur who is bright n is passionate about what he does.

Excellent stay with good service and good staff specially Ms Mary helped me a lot from check in till check out.. This was my first visit, it was too good and nice....Great service and great location. Hotel ambience is too good. Would like to come again thank you...

Excellent rooms at affordable price. Finding the location was a challenge as it is inside the mall. Overall very happy with the room size, appearance, cleanliness and service.

A nice place to stay at gulburga. Appropriate charges, decent rooms, clean and hygienic toilets, pleasant rooms. Staff cooperative and well mannered. Management is really professional. Decent location.
