Rooms can be better maintain. Connectivity is good

We are going since 4-5 years to KBN Residency near Muslim chowk Rooms is not cleaned at all dust on floor spider webs in corner of rooms informed to dawood also generator is not working said by morning reception person ,food plates are stained

Poor welcome and minimal staff. Visited this place in summer. Interior was very warm and AC's were not working. Had fastfood. It was a bit tasty. However, less options in desserts. Ended up having routine ice cream. The water served was not chilled. Interior was not much clean as expected.

Nice clean place. Affordable room rent. Friendly service staff. Bathroom was clean. Room was well lit and furnished. There was however only one electrical socket bedside for charging phone/laptops

Best lodge , well maintained, affordable.

I recommend this if you want to lodge here for 1 or 2 days as the place has good facilities with good ambience, you also get parking underground, just you can ask at the reception for parking and they will show you the path to reach the parking underground, this is middle of the city and is accessible to many other stores such as Pharmacy, restuarant, general stores, special chai shop Every'Whr, Tahari, khichdi and paya soup and alot more. You would not regret after reaching here, the prices are affordable, we were 4 of us and booked 4 beds in a room and we got it for 1450 for a day i.e. 24 hours. Don't order food from the restaurant until and unless you would love to spend more on normal things,. We ordered 4 tea and he took 10rs commission on every cup and got 5 teas with 2 litre water bottle worth 50rs each, I would seriously not recommend you to order anything from the room boy, inspite go down and you have many stuffs to buy within 100-200

Service is very good and in city food and everything is good

Clean and tidy rooms, good service n reasonable rates.. The best part is that it's 24 hours checkout time unlike the 12 hours checkout time.. Overall a good family hotel with good room service...
