Hotel Regal Residency

I arrived at 2.45 pm on 15/03/25. I was told that duration of stay is 24 hrs. But next day on 16/03/25 owner told me that check out time is 10 clock as he couldn't afford room at 1500 rupees and I had to leave early. He told me that for online booking check out was 10 am and 24 hrs for offline booking. In hurry I had to pack up my luggage and leave. Later on I realised that I left some stuff in hotel. After calling them they denied saying they did not found it. Main crux of stay was that ,there was ac installed but it was not working. Moreover they did not provide me hot water for bath. No professionalism. Toilet bathroom had open window. Not good experience. It is suggestion please refrain from staying here and find other hotel.

Even this Hotel doesn't deserve a single Star tooo Waste Of money Dirty Rooms

1. The room have a lot of cockroaches and blanket have dust . 2. The bathroom is really dirty and buckets they never washed it . 3. They don't provide towel, AC remote,room service and hot water. 4. They never change blanket and bedsheet, pillow that have hair it is not clean at all . 5. We have stayed 5 days they never bedsheet. Actually we were busy a lot that's why we didn't change hotel . 6. And it's a lodge

Very pathetic stay. No remote to control AC temperature. Flush won't work in the toilet. No hot water in the bathroom. The matress is so hard that you feel like sleeping on a sheet of rock. Faulty lighting. WiFi won't connect. Will not stay again even if I get a complimentary room

Bad EXPERIENCE... While check in time we force to wait untill staff had to finished there their personal call, after ignoring this behaviour they refused to handover Ac unit remote as they say facility not available with harsh behaviour I found lots of bad reviews on other platforms still they are listed for business...!! They charge me for drinking water...

bathrooms are not clean, the bedsheets are not clean. The mattress is hard like a stone. No Towel or Soap provided though its part of booking. AC remote not provided even after asking and we had to fight for it. hot water only available for 1hr in the morning. Hotel staff behaviour was the worst to say the least. They arent bothered about you being there, at night an Old man was at the reception he takes pride in being Rude to customers. Never ever i will step into that hotel in life, i would prefer sleeping in my car.

Place was ok. But managers behavior was very rude. Breakfast was complimentary and when we asked for it, he replied that it is not available. So I asked him to refund my extra money which is supposed to be for complimentary breakfast. Then he told ok we'll provide you the breakfast. No morals/ ethics of manager and owner. One day price was Rs 1600 and next day they just doubled it to Rs3200. Now I don't know what facility they introduced in 1 day that can justify the doubling of the price. Overall very disappointed with OYO. As it is an OYO hotel, at least some standard needs to be maintained.
