Renovated lodge. Much to be improved in interiors. Locks To be modernised first.

One of the worst hotel booked for an engagement ceremony. AC not working Cold food was served, Icecreams were kept in open all Iceream got melt. No sense of Behaviour to speak to customers especially Restaurant manager. However, Owner tried his level best to sort out the things but in vain. Food Taste, Quality and quantity is good. Breakfast quality was good, however, quantity was not at all sufficient. Major Issue: How to speak to the customer no one knows, Staff Training is must. Hotel people should take this feedback positively and work upon..

It would have helped greatly if I got some discounts. I have been a frequent visitor ...

1) Very poor and unfriendly quality of service, will not provide anything basics until asked for. They bluntly rejected to change the room Or to clean. 2)Rooms are in totally bad condition. 3) Ac and TV are not in working condition. 4) Room had only one switch to charge our electronics. 5) Bathrooms are worst. No health foset (spray gun). No glasses for bathroom ventilator. No clean toilets. 6) Dampness all over the room. 7) No intercom to contact reception, even though reception had 3 working telephones. 8) No complimentary breakfast. 9) windows cannot be opened, so no ventilation in room. Only way for ventilation is keep main door open. 10) small parking space. 11) Poor cellular signal (Airtel and jio) 12) only one good thing about this is is located in peace full locality. And list goes on. I would suggest keep this as dead last option.

I stayed in 115 room fan is not working properly, i mean literally i can rotate my eyes equal to that of fan plates rotation at max speed. No hot water, no proper service i suggest please don't come. Just imagine no hot water in gulbarga @8:30 am.

The rooms are good and clean. Good for family functions.

Poor room service

As i go for my job tour, such hotels are ok for me. Clean rooms, good service, .staff is good. Also ambiance ok.Tariff little more for this place. Nearby eateries, bus stand, transport nearby, so this hotel is ok. for 3-4 days stay.||
