Basic Facilities Missing Went to check the rooms for staying. Uploading for public information It seemed Rooms are not cleaned properly, and linen is in terrible condition. No proper toiletries, no Wi-Fi, and worst things is the response from the staff when asked for help, no desire to help in any way. Definitely not worth the price.

1 Star - Would Give Less If Possible Stayed for 3 days and 3 nights--terrible experience. Room was never cleaned, linen never changed. I had to collect it myself, and even that was dirty. Toilet had stains, paint was peeling, and there were cobwebs. No cleanliness at all. Tried upgrading to an AC room (at extra cost), but it was in the same condition. Was told AC won't work during power cuts as there's no backup--and they won't take responsibility. No Wi-Fi either. Toiletries? Just two mini soaps. Staff? Extremely rude. I checked in early assuming it was allowed, but was later charged for an extra full day with no prior intimation. When I questioned it, the manager rudely said, "Why should I inform every guest?" and even threatened to confiscate my belongings. Plenty of better hotels nearby--avoid this one unless you have no other option.

Very Disappointing Stay Nothing about the stay was comfortable. The room felt neglected, with dirt, stains, and a general lack of cleanliness. Staff didn't respond well to feedback either. If you care about hygiene and service, this hotel is not the place to book.

It's very nice room

Nice hotel near railway station. Necessary things like restaurants, auto stand, bus stand are available nearby. Wonderful stay with family as well. Please don't expect much here like breakfast and other amenities. I liked this hotel as it was very much convenient for me.

They say that they will provide hot water, towels, and other basic aminities but they don't. The stay is overpriced. They don't respect the customers much. The rooms are okayish.

Best location. Very near to railway station and 1 km away from bus stand. Neat and spacious rooms and surroundings. The receptionist can handle different languages and the staffs are good. A police station beside the road to hotel makes your stay secure . Cheers!! There's a bar in the compound which is very silent and neat in the presence of police station.
