Rooms are decent, if you here do order set dosa from their breakfast menu. Such fluffy soft dosa. All is good, water should had been complementary too.

It was worth the price, the rooms were clean, well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious... service was good....

When arrived at the hotel they harshly told no room available and to search another hotel and did not even let us entered to reception. There's no option to give zero star otherwise could have given that. Bad hotel.

Average Experience at Aditya Hotel My stay at Aditya Hotel was just average. Friendly staff and convenient location, but basic rooms and limited amenities. Decent food, but nothing special. Gulbarga deserves better. Looking forward to more options like Lemon Tree, which would raise the bar for hospitality in the city. Until then, Aditya Hotel is an average choice. (Rating: 3/5 stars)

Good hotel, homely feel like room service also very great staff very friendly. Nice to stay with the family

January 26th & 27th 2024 we stayed there for 2 days to attend Rotary District Conference. Even though hotel is old property it's renovated n very well maintained. Rooms are very clean & very spacious. Budget friendly. Complimentary Breakfast was very good served to Rooms. Restaurant mainly Veg with Egg items are very tasty n reasonable rates. Receptionist n Room boys are very friendly. Add to this quite opposite there is very big park for walking. Centre of city with ample parking I personally recommend Aditya as we all enjoyed our stay.

It is a 30 year old property that is maintained very well. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good Wifi. There is no dining room, but food is served in the room. The quality of food is excellent. All staff members treat the guests well. I stayed for a week and enjoyed my stay.
