Gulbarga Residency

I had very horrible experience with this hotel. Staff is very arrogant and don't have sense to speak to the customer.Everything is very dirty including the toilets. They are not maintaining the rooms properly. There is a provision of hot water but it's just for the sake hot water is not there. No fans available. Worst hotel ever. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience, AC will on but not work, flush is there won't work, room service is very poor, if we inform the issues also they won't respond at all. Simply waste of money. Here non AC room price is 1500, you'll get AC rooms outside in this price that too with a good facility. My suggestion is don't ever go to that hotel. In walls stains are also there, simply waste of money

If i had an option to give 0 star I would prefer that.... Worst hotel I have ever been in my life... worst washroom and flush was not working even I saw rat in the washroom...... Worst maintenance... don't ever think to book this hotel even in emergency....

Got cheated from the manager(Mr. Manish) of the Gulbarga residency lodge with 5000 for the advance booking amount and when reached the place . We were clearlty denied on the booking and the rooms were not provided to us. It was a really horrible experience ! Never pay any advance booking money to this Lodge

Very small room it starts and ends, no hygiene but charged 1000, where as rate for that room cannot be beyond 500, washroom was stinking badly, if anyone goes in washroom will puke

Worst hotel ever, do not go for it. Deluxe room they showed is very basic, un higenic and not worth for money. Hotel people charged 1600 for the same room where as the actual price for the same in city would be less than 1000. No telephone, no ac, no room service. Worst experience.

Customer friendly atmosphere. Bathroom smell with mild unpleasant odour to be addressed

. I highly recommend this hotel for a couples for their birthday celebration, treat etc. ||This would be one my best hotel and again for friends & family & one of the good services given to customer's. Service is good by staff as well
