Abhiman Residency

We happened to visit Gulbarga for a relative's wedding on 25th December'24 and last moment we wanted a lodge but many were full. Luckily there was vacancy in Abhiman lodge. The rooms and toilets were clean. We stayed just for few hours there. But it was a peaceful stay. It is a budget friendly lodge with good parking space. The staff is also helpful . Thanks to the owner and staff.

Had the Worst experience of my life. Very rude staff and inappropriate behaviour. Not at all safe for women. All alcoholics everyone drinking outside the rooms and smoking in corridors. Even complained to staff but they're least bothered and asked to checkout if we have problem

Residency is good, clean, well mentioned near to Railawa station and busstand,

It is very close to kalburgi railway station. The owner of this place is actually gentle. They are gently welcome to the people. All services are good.

Service okay, location good, but rooms needs more maintenance.

I am giving 1 star because of their behaviour I want 1 hr more but they don't have any mercy for extending 1 hr and charged me for that stupid , sometime money is not something which matters consider someone situation, they don't have any empathy

Price is ok but neatness not ok

Good place to stay as people say but management people is arrogant like they don't talk politely when you ask questions regarding service & charges like they feel if person interested, he or she will pay.
