OYO 18410 Shree Sapthakoti Residency

We stayed for one night, Room are decent and service is also good.

Cleaning charges are costlier than rooms they charge .But necessary needs like towels tooth paste and soaps are not provided, the service or employees are good but the owner does rowdyism. Very bad customer handling.TV was not in use condition, It is not fit for Oyo.

Nice hotel with polite and courteous staff. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is clean. Only thing is that the hotel doesn't have in house restaurant/ eating facility. Location is also very near to the railway station.

Located close to the bus and railway station, sometimes Google location is misleading and takes in gully roads. Overall nicely maintained. If you are coming late in the night expect parking should be blocked by other vehicles and no lift and no assistance.

One of the worst experience in my life the hotel manager asked room for 3500 which he mentioned it as deluxe room and with ac after checkin the room was very small and they dint give proper service and the staff had argument for not switching on ac even if its there in room, and even asks extra 500rs for ac too worst service by hotel had to leave room at 1am night with my dad for other room

Not peaceful location,cleaning charges are higher, owner misbehaves with customer,not fit for family.entertains boozing but later charges for the same. Totally unhealthy ambiance.

Hotel is situated in very nice location and rooms are nice. But hotel should improve on providing good quality/ properly washed bed liners. In bathroom it would be good if they provide bucket insted of tub and a brush paste holder.

Rating 1 doesn't mean worst. Stay was good. Price to stay cost is not matching. Prices were varied over phone and at reception. No BF as told. No hot water. No minimum services were given. Room entrance was terrific with bulb holder as it seems like CCTV camera. Staff doesn't know what services are available. Other room convos can be heard. Gross!! with bathroom sounds.
