Ecstasy Resort

This was my first time reviewing a resort, and I had a wonderful experience with my family. It's definitely worth the money, with a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. The staff were amazing, and the food was simply delicious.

Stayed here last week with family. Location and stay is good and manager kiran so humble but food was very horrible room boys only doing cooking also. And room doors we can't lock because lock not working staying with family or couples night unsafe and our valuable things also. Infrastructure is there but failed no proper management.

"Not at all worth the money" is a single line review for people who are not interested in reading full. I am writing this review to avoid other people falling into the trap of booking this resort by seeing Google rating. I definitely feel the Google ratings have been manipulated. This property lacks all the basic needs of a resort like cleanliness, hygiene, service, maintenance. Quality of the food is below average and none of the amenities have been maintained well eventhough they have quite a few.

The only good thing about this place is food. All other facilities is not worth the money. Room facilities lacks main things like water bottle and toiletries,also locks and fan was not working properly in one of the room. Cancellation policy needs to properly discussed with the management before booking. We ended up paying for one extra person though we did not cancel any rooms.

I do not recommend this resort for family. Stayed in this resort for a night with family, it was scary experience. Lock does not work, we had to sleep without locking the door. Even if we want to complain, no one is at the reception. No emergency number to connect anyone and no wifi. Looks like the positive reviews are paid because all the other families stayed in the resort also complained about the lock issue .

We had a family reunion of about 50 people including seniors to 1 yr old infants. We had the best reunion ever. Surrounded by coffee estates/ amazing location and a comfortable stay in a beautiful resort. Best of all was the hospitality of resort staff. The food was amazingly delicious, accommodated to our needs. Kudos to Madan who stood out making sure we were happy and satisfied with the services. He even woke up at 1:30 in the night to give warm milk for a 1 yr old baby!! |We'll definitely go back!!

One of the worst resort...please don't see the reviews and go. The rooms are very dirty ,no hygienic, no maintenance, horrible stay for us...
