A very pleasant place to spend a weekend and enjoy the best coffee from the plantations with the sound of rain. Very hospitable and good-natured hosts. The food is amazingly delicious. I would like to recommend this place to my friends. I will definitely come back here again

We had a wonderful time in home stay and there service is awesome mainly there food must visit worth it guys there is no wifi connection but the views and location is good must visit

Excellent location and ambience. Food is good. This is my 2nd visit. We can get free campfire every day. If you want to escape in to the woods this is the best and budget friendly place.

Very nice place to stay.... I'll come to this place again.. to stay.. me and my family got deeply attached to the owner... we came in a tt.. we were like 25 members... we booked all three rooms... very comfortable

Overall, We had a great experience with the Aroda homestay; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a weekend. They charged us 1,500 per head ( includes dinner, breakfast, Campfire, unlimited packed water, and hot water for bathing..) On the group floor, old couples live who are Just wonderful beings and the manager is very professional, we finished our dinner a bit late at 11:30 pm till then he waited and cleaned the table then itself and next morning at 7:30 he was ready with delicious breakfast and coffee. The rooms and great, each room has king-sized bunk beds which can accommodate 4 people easily. We didn't face any problems with water and hot water. For an extra 500, we had ordered pork, which was excellent. The homestay is 10km from virajpet, it is surrounded by a coffee estate, with a serene view.

My recent homestay experience in Coorg was truly enchanting. Nestled amidst lush coffee plantations and misty hills, the location was idyllic. The host family's warm hospitality made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. The accommodation, though simple, exuded a rustic charm that perfectly complemented Coorg's natural beauty. Waking up to the aroma of fresh coffee and homemade Coorgi cuisine was a treat for the senses. Exploring the estate, I gained insights into coffee cultivation and local traditions. The only caveat might be the occasional power outages common in rural areas. In sum, Coorg's homestays offer an immersive, unforgettable experience in the lap of nature.
